The floors started falling apart after just 5 months. Due to sickness in the family, we did not communicate right away. When I reached out, I was told they went bankrupt and won't honor the warranty or installation. Now they've reopened under the old name, but are dodging responsibility for past customers. Feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid for quality and support--got garbage and silence. Avoid them like a loose floorboard.

You see I had 66 tiles and needed 80. So I decided to do a border around the tile first, this way there will be enough tile to work with. Let me say Jeremy and Matthew did a great job. The way Jeremy suggested to arrange the tile, was just the look I was going for!They are on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every evening when they were done for the day.
