On the day of work the crew of eight arrived on time and immediately began work. With 1200 square feet of ceramic tile to remove these guys worked harder than anyone I have ever seen. The job was completed in about five hours, absolutely dust free and spotless with all adhesive sanded down. I was amazed at the quality of work , these guys are fantastic. Unfortunately, it rained overnight, which caused the torn box to fall apart and the tiles to shatter further. When I brought this up to the manager and showed her the photo--which clearly shows a major impact that couldn't have been caused by a customer--she completely refused a refund. She just repeatedly stated that I was supposed to physically bring the heavy, shattered tiles into the store to get my money back. Very poor handling of a high-spending customer.
