She spent 10 minutes prying them off with various tools and I begged her to just soak them off because I was in pain. I continued to pull my hands back and express that it was painful. She got one off, and then the next one was twice as painful. I pulled back again and requested a soak off, again, she gave no response, just shook her head. She was prying it off and I started to feel my nail bed ripping so I said one more time can we soak it off and instead she just tore it off. At this point I am in tears. Another woman looked at me and silently mouthed, "I am so sorry." She proceeded to swap between drill and prying it off and she literally slipped and the drill hit my finger. After she got the nail off, she tried to prime it and put paint on it. I had to tell her not to probably 5 other times. So I have one nail that's bloody and undone, the rest are crooked and horribly painted. Just lazy, lazy work. It was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable situation I'd ever been in. It's unfortunate because Ty did such a good job last time I went. However, I will absolutely not be going again.

Used to be in there with my mom as a child and have always held the salon in high regard. With that being said, I'm disappointed in my recent service there. Went got a pedicure which was great and no complaints there. My gripe is with the gel manicure I received. I showed a fairly simple design (just flowers on two nails) was told that it was doable. The lady seemed to be rushing the whole time, which is okay but at least do it correctly. When it was time to do the flower designs, she pulled out nail decals which were proving to be a pain to apply and made the manicure look like a 5 year old did it. I was annoyed but at the end it wasn't necessarily terrible but in my mind, in the time it took to apply them the classic way of doing paint on flowers would have been easier and more time efficient. I spent a total of $220 (with tip) for my gel manicure, gel pedicure and another's pedicure. By the time I got home the flower decals were popping off one by one. I was fuming! I ran my fingers through my hair and the entire gel polish came off two of the fingers that had the flower decals on them. I was furious!! I spent so much money and this was not an experience I've EVER had, in allllll the years I've gotten my nails done. I called and the woman said she'd fix it. I told her just polish. I went in the next day and was greeted nicely. She came out and seemed slightly annoyed. I brought her the now 3 fingers with no polish on them (not even 24 hrs later) and she accused me of pulling it off. No, I didn't they came off. Then I had to ask her to fix the final nail that had half the flowers gone and informed that another gel was lifting. She only filed that one down and then huffed when I asked to fix the other nail. Painted all of them and said have a nice day. I was in and out in 5 min. To say I am beyond appalled is understatement. This salon has always held a special place in my heart since I've literally gone there since I was a child. But I can't bring myself back there ever again. Quality has gone down and clearly customer service is not something they value anymore.

These nails have lasted me longer than any nails I've ever had. As far as salon experience, Daisy treated me like family. I was here for a wedding traveling from Washington DC and would definitely recommend this to anyone in town or passing through. A few important things to note: - the salon is appointment only, no walk ins - they do not take credit card. I'm glad I had Venmo because I could see this being an issue for some people. - their online website doesn't appear to be working but calling in for an appointment works - pricing is steeper than what I'm used to but Daisy was very transparent at the salon. She had a paper brochure of services and explained how they use high quality products. I would tell you 3 weeks out that I absolutely see the value on the full set. On the pedicure, maybe not as much. - my appointment took about 2 hours. they are very thorough so plan to be here for a while. She started yelling at me, refused to fix the issue, and ultimately kicked me out of the salon. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, continuing to yell and act disrespectfully. When I mentioned I would be leaving a negative review, she escalated even more. This was not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way.
