AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I purchased a lower dishwasher rack from Seneca River Trading through Walmart. The first one I received from Seneca was already defective & showing signs of rust out of the box. Contacted them immediately & they sent me a replacement but I was told they wouldn't replace it again even if the second one was defective. It was kind of like they didn't believe the first rack was bad even after I sent them photos. Anyway, a year later the replacement (second) rack has rusted so bad that it looks like it's 10 years old. Seneca River Trading should be embarrassed by the quality of this product they're shipping out & they'r poor customer service-not standing behind what they sell. Products that I ordered did not work. I have now sent them back two or three times. They still don't work, a worker said that I am probably slamming the door too hard and that's why the products are not working. Part# 303373K Drum Roller with Shaft was bought back on 06/2017 for less than $7. It was installed correctly and had been maintained a few times since. The dryer started "clunking" last weekend. Today, upon removing the front panel, it was confirmed that the "rubber" tire had a chunk missing and the dryer barrel was hitting the wheel every rotation. Cheap temporary fix for about a year and a half under normal wear by a single person. If you're a DIYer, it's about a 30 minute job to replace it. Unsure about being a return customer. They told me that someone in Arizona placed an order for a dishwasher part. This is the only merchant that charged the card unauthorized. There has been no other fraudulent charges to my card. I had ordered a part for a coffeemaker and it arrived fairly fast. Unfortunately it was damaged. Reached out via email (and attached a picture) to request either a refund or a replacement, which I preferred. After a few days of no response I just chalked it up to the same experiences other people have had. Much to my surprise the next day I received a shipping notification with an attached invoice - $0. Sub-Zero customers. DO NOT buy gaskets here--they will not work! Ordered a gasket for a 601R refrigerator, installed it and the door wouldn't seal at all! This was during COVID, so we spent 18 months stuffing plastic bags along the door to keep the cold in. I ordered an original part from Sub-Zero Canada a month ago and had it professionally installed by a local refrigerator repair person yesterday. He told me we'd installed the Seneca River part correctly, but that the problem was it was way too thick in the corners and more rigid that the original, preventing the door from sealing properly. I called Seneca River telling them to update their site to indicate that the gasket I bought would not work for the 601R as specified on their site, and the guy had no interest in doing so. So their customer service is lacking as well. Save yourself a world of hassle and spend the extra $$ and buy a factory original part. read more

I ordered some parts that were wrong. When ordering the description said Fisher Price Power Wheels Kawasaki wheels. It shows a front view of the wheels and no side view but I ordered off the description. when i got the wheels i noticed that the center of the wheel was hallow and the ones I needed were solid plastic in the middle of wheel. I called customer service and got a man that didn't care to hear what happened he was like your going to have to return the wheels where i had to pay shipping, Shipping cost me $24 dollars to get the wheels to my house so i would have to pay another $24 to ship back and then he told me that i would have to reorder the new wheels and pay another $24 for shipping, so that makes @ 72 for a $36 item. I should of went onto facebook marketplace and got the whole used Fisher Price Power Wheels Kawasaki with battery charger for $100.00. This company was on Walmart 's Black Friday ad.. they advertised in s fraudulent way a softer AND scale attachment for a Kitchenaid mixer. It was a good price & kitchen items were advertised to be 30%off. What I received was a PART... NOWHERE was I informed this was a PART! The blade attachment for my kitchen aid mixer was stuck on it. I tried everything to detach it but. Itching worked. So I decided to take it to an authorized repair shop, Seneca River Trading. Even though they are quite far from my home. I explained how I needed it back a few days later when I would be driving through the area again. When I did, my mixer was fixed. They were able to detach it without damage. And they only charged me for the blade I needed to replace because mine had rusted. They were friendly and upfront with me. The dishwasher heating element I ordered was shipped in a thin, shallow box with absolutely NO packing material to protect it during transport. This heating element would be considered a somewhat delicate shipping item.
