I purchased a new Deco Wifi mesh setup and 20 days later saw Amazon selling the same item on sale for $50 less. Reached out to BB and was told sorry you are outside the 14 day return window. Well, I can say for sure Best Buy that you have indeed lost a customer and I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out. This from a guy, who, while not all of Best Buy's income nor much of it, spent a good deal annually ($2,000-$3,000) there. That spending will shift elswhere. I felt rushed and unsure about what I wanted to buy. There was no reason to have been so unpleasant. I was there for another 15 minutes and no other customer even came in. I had to be on my highest alert. Also, I was looking at purple mattresses and they had none of the newer versions in their store so I couldn't even try them out. But OK I ended up buying a tempurpedic, at least I was able to lie on it to get a sense of its feel. Well, these are the most expensive mattresses pretty much on the planet. So I placed my order I financed it and that was pretty easy to do. I was told it would be in within the next two weeks. Meanwhile I looked through the return policy. Once again the online return policy is so much better than the in-store. It would've cost me $99 to get the mattress returned and I only had a 30 day trial. Why I continued with this transaction. I have no idea because it just got worse. Three weeks after I ordered and I still did not have the mattress so I called to cancel. I ended up speaking to a woman who didn't know anything about the order and put me in touch with the owner. The conversation was rude and one-sided in his direction. He wouldn't cancel the deal. His explanation was he had a new inventory manager who didn't know he was supposed to expedite the mattress. Their process is to hold orders in the warehouse until they have a full truckload. Who knows how long that takes. Finally it arrived. . Why wasn't that told to me at the time of purchase? So after my mattress was delivered we begin enjoying our sleep on our new mattress. I will say the product is excellent and I would recommend it to anybody. But I would never buy through a store and especially this one. They got worse from here. I thought I'd test the return policy so I read it and I filled out the paperwork online as required expecting somebody to call me as the paper stated to get the return started. When that didn't happen, I called the store and they said we can't help me. You have to go through the people that we mention in the paperwork. I told them nobody called me and they said try again and that they could not help. Well it's probably been about 90 days now and still nobody has called me. What a mess. No wonder this store has such a bad reputation here on yelp. I will never buy a mattress from this store and most likely from any other store again. Good luck and I'm sorry I had to put up such a negative review but they earned it. buyer beware.
