Some care giving services don't usually do that or necessarily do things the the way you want them. Madesa will tailor their service to your needs. Good communication is the key. Also, if that particular caregiver doesn't seem to be working out, they will work hard to find one that follows you instructions. I used their service for about 2 years until Mom needed to be in a care home. Also, any billing discrepancies were quickly assessed and corrected.

My husband required home care after hospitalization and diagnosis of cancer which left him very…read moreweak. For the most part, the care he received from Fiji Home Care was excellent. However, we relied on Fiji to send their care notes to our insurance to be reimbursed for services rendered as we were required to pay in advance. In hindsight, we should have submitted the care notes ourselves rather than relying on Fiji because the care notes were not sent by Fiji in a timely fashion and were missing an entire week of care which we could not be reimbursed for. In addition, Fiji's communication was weak at best as emails, texts, phone calls, and letters were not responded to. As a result, we had to pay out of pocket for the missing week, and we only received partial reimbursement by insurance. Unfortunately, we won't be using Fiji Home Care again.
