I have been dealing with a "call center" and they will not forward my call to the clinic. My issue…read morethe call center will not resolve and I've had my insurance company on a three way phone call and they will not do what my insurance company has instructed. The call center staff has several accents none of which is American. That issue also makes me think that the staff is given scripts to read and no matter what the issue if the 'script' does answer the problem they do not know how to think for themselves and try to reach a resolution of help. They lost a possible client because of trying to save money buy outsourcing services to other countries.
