His name was Dylan. They were our second opinion so what Dylan said matched up. A woman named Christina came out to go over our options. She was amazing!!! She had such a great attitude and was super nice. They have some amazing ad on options such as adding UV Light, whole house dehumidifier, and whole house surge protection. The units may be considered costly but I really wanted something of high quality and long lasting. I am very thankful to Andrew who worked hard to get my unit installed within 12 hours. The guys that came out to do the replacement were wonderful. I had Dillian, Stephan and Jimmy working tirelessly through the heat to get the job done within 6 hours. They do offer financing options as well that I thought were very reasonable. I had an exceptionally positive and fantastic experience with them and I would highly recommend them.

Airserve came out for bi-yearly maintenance and told me i neede 3 parts replaced that came to…read more$1,293.64. Since my sister had bad experience with airserve, telling her she needed over$3,000 in parts and labor when they came out to do maintenance, when her equipment was working just fine. She called Garrison &Garrison to get a second opinion. Come to find out she only needed one part that cost about $70. So I called the same company to get second option too. He found nothing wrong with my equipment. So I canceled Airserve. They are usually very nice but always trying to sell you something. BEWARE!
