Peggy could not have been more perfect & comforting as a caregiver & true friend to all of us as our daily daytime caregiver. Denny had utmost trust & joy at seeing Peggy daily, whether it was helping w/ Activities of daily living or just sharing joyful banter. Kaylie brought joy & comfort to Denny, bringing her guitar & allowing him to sing & feel a part of himself he had lost a long time ago. Cody provided a man to converse with about old times & life memories. Sandy, brought the HUGEST heart & comfort in a vulnerable time (Night shift) & could be trusted to care for his safety & ultimately hold him in her arms & protect him from falling in his last breaths. She provided protection for my Mom's heart in the most difficult hours & gave all that she had to ensure Denny had any comfort he needed that she could provide. These caregivers mentioned were invaluable & I am thankful we found them when we did- Much Love & thanks- Garnet Davis

Pressuring me for money upfront when I was laying in a hospital bed with tubes and IV's everywhere was also unacceptable. When I questioned all that went on at my home (or didn't go on) the woman I spoke with had an answer/excuse for everything. She was full of BS. It was so bad with neighbors for witnesses that I am considering legal action. The last 2 days with different caregivers went well, but by that time I was home having to leave the hospital early because of what was going on at home. I was also being called in the hospital every 5 minutes from people in this company and also by neighbors telling me what was happening. My spouse and pets were definitely traumatized by the shenanigan's in my home. I went back to the company I used before, Love In Home Senior Care, they are wonderful and bill twice monthly, not in your face when you are half dead in a hospital like an aggressive used car salesman not respecting your health and crisis. My husband was filthy and very stinky when I got home, he thought I was dead, my house was FILTHY and my dogs didn't even have water. I had to have someone come and clean the day after I got home. My list is endless... I can honestly say, 2 of the supposed caregivers and the 2 women I had to deal with did not care about us at all. I could go on all day about all that went bad, however I thank 2 of the true caregivers that came through for us in the end.

They have found my Father a couple caregivers that are amazing. I worked with Donna, Joni, Ayla to find the exact right fit for my Father. I fully trust the caregivers who take such excellent care of him. They are dependable, proficient and extremely helpful. Caregiving is a skill that requires much patience, and compassion, and that is exactly what I have found in the caretakers who care for my Father. He needs a lot of help and attention. I am so happy with my caregivers. Most importantly they have really made a positive impact on him (he has Alzheimers). He has truly established a bond with them, and I can't imagine not having their help. I spent many months caring for him alone, and now I am freed up to work, and rely on them to take care of all his needs from exercise, to feeding, to companionship, to engaging him in activities. And, if/when there is any downtime, they are taking care of light household duties. They lifted a huge stress and burden from me trying to do things by myself. Angel care has truly been a blessing.!! I am very thankful, and they truly are "Angels".

From the very beginning, their caregivers were compassionate, dependable, and respectful of his dignity. Every person who came into his home treated him with such kindness and professionalism, and it gave our whole family peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. When it became clear that it was time for him to move to assisted living, we had no idea where to start -- but Donna guided us through the process with so much care and expertise. She listened to our concerns, asked thoughtful questions about his personality and needs, and helped us find the perfect fit. Her placement services were truly invaluable. As my dad neared the end of his life, Donna and the Angel team didn't just step back -- they stepped in even closer. Their support during those final weeks was compassionate and unwavering. They helped our family navigate a deeply emotional time with grace and warmth, making sure Dad felt comforted and cared for every step of the way. I can't thank Angel Senior Care and Donna Young enough for the love, professionalism, and support they gave us throughout every phase of this journey. They are an absolute blessing.

They will send random people that have never been to your home and not introduce them to the family or give them directions on what needs to be done. When they do show up to introduce a caregiver it is too quick and they tell them to ask the patient. I have had to call and share my frustration with the office more than once about this and it never changes. In the 2 years we used them we have gone thru over 10 caregivers. The best one they have left is Rubi. They also will change the schedule without notifying you they have done so. It is a very poorly ran company.

My mom died unexpectedly I took a week and half off and they started pulling my shifts saying they thought I quit! I called back and told them no my mom just passed and I was the one that had to deal with everything, I went back to work because I needed my job and cared for my clients, I have health conditions they were aware of, and because I went back too early I got pretty sick took a couple weeks off and was required to get a Doctors note, which I did and Then they fired me! I was warned by a staff member that gave her two weeks notice that they take your bonuses you earned as soon as you give notice! my daughter got a second job because they never gave her the 40 hours she asked for then said it's because she doesn't take the extra shifts available outside of her time available, she gave her new hours and they basically fired her by saying they thought she quit, also taking her earned bonus well! There are many other compassionate companies to hire for a loved ones care, if they treat their employees this way then they obviously can't care about their client! I've seen clients miss out on having a caregiver because of how they treat their employees, as well as being charged for a last minute cancellation while they are not held to the same standards! I had a client request specific hours I told them I could work those hours and instead they worked multiple care givers and did they hours they wanted to do instead!
