The first nurse I had stole my medication then resigned the next day.... The second one was…read morehomeless, took showers at my house and washed his laundry... I callled because he assaulted me and they where "to busy" to help me or get him off my property. Most of the care takers just sit on my couch and are on their phones..... I wished I got paid to sit and scroll on my phone but I'm going threw Chemotherapy not that any of the care takers care about me or my needs. High turn over rate, a new nurse everyday... that's if they even show up. The company never provided me with a schedule so I have absolutely no clue when a care taker will show up? I've had money, medication and food stolen from me. The care takers have zero respect for my home and belongings. One named Mike broke my phone then yelled at me like it was my fault and walked out on me after stealing from me I later found out. Grabbed my neck and said he would sue me if I opened my mouth to the company, still have the scars from him. He refused to leave my property so had to call the police! I love the officer staff but honestly the care takers are theifs, unreliable, constantly late, and sit on my couch while On there phones.... How am I supposed to get the help I need when they ignore my request? I've missed countless appointments due to scheduling or lazy care takers. Honestly the care takers can't even take care of themselves let alone help me with simple tasks. I've had people show up hungover, caught them smoking marijuana in my bathroom when I have an oxogen machine with signs posted please don't smoke! They didn't care about my health they just want money and to take advantage of the clients at all costs, from sleeping on the job, working intoxicated and threatening me. The last guy grabbed my oxogen cord and pulled me back and I have bruises on my neck from him! I absolutely love the officer staff and get that they're a shortage or high turn over rate of nurses but I'm scared to let people into my home at this point. There's also language barriers with a few of the care takers... like how are you supposed to help me if we can't communicate? I had to call adult protective services and the police and I just don't trust anyone they send over. Sadly they employ theifs and homeless people that take advantage of their clients and don't care about my will being at all even in an emergency they said "we'll talk tomorrow" as I'm getting screamed and threatened by a care taker that refused to leave my property. He broke my phone, put his hands on me and threatened to sue me if I spoke to hr, but he didn't care when I called and said to call tomorrow..... extremely disappointed with the care takers, money, meds, handicap plaque and personal belongings constantly go missing from my house. I no longer trust ANY of the care takers which sucks because in my biggest time of need while doing through chemotherapy with multiple learning disabilities. I was made fun of, ignored, stolen from and taken advantage of! The office staff isn't bad but the care takers are absolutely worthless.... one of the "caregivers" fell asleep on my couch and left period stains alllllll over, she asked me for a change of clothes and never cleaned up her blood.... Employees don't respect you or your belongings. Might as well pay me to sit on my own couch and be on my phone all day cause that's all they do. Thank god I have cameras in my house to take this to court. All I can say is becareful who you let in your home and protect yourself and hide your money and medications. Don't let them in your home if they are intoxicated or stealing from you, put hands on you or manipulate you. Not everyone cares or has your best interests at heart! Now I have a broken phone, stolen items, bruises and a police report... that's what you'll be getting with this company. Please take care of yourself and be kind to others. Not looking forward to the court case but this is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with legally since the office staff won't help me in an emergency while they're employe assaults me. So now I need to buy a new couch and phone that the care takers said the company would pay for.

Peggy could not have been more perfect & comforting as a caregiver & true friend to all of us as our daily daytime caregiver. Denny had utmost trust & joy at seeing Peggy daily, whether it was helping w/ Activities of daily living or just sharing joyful banter. Kaylie brought joy & comfort to Denny, bringing her guitar & allowing him to sing & feel a part of himself he had lost a long time ago. Cody provided a man to converse with about old times & life memories. Sandy, brought the HUGEST heart & comfort in a vulnerable time (Night shift) & could be trusted to care for his safety & ultimately hold him in her arms & protect him from falling in his last breaths. She provided protection for my Mom's heart in the most difficult hours & gave all that she had to ensure Denny had any comfort he needed that she could provide. Pressuring me for money upfront when I was laying in a hospital bed with tubes and IV's everywhere was also unacceptable. When I questioned all that went on at my home (or didn't go on) the woman I spoke with had an answer/excuse for everything. She was full of BS. It was so bad with neighbors for witnesses that I am considering legal action. The last 2 days with different caregivers went well, but by that time I was home having to leave the hospital early because of what was going on at home. I was also being called in the hospital every 5 minutes from people in this company and also by neighbors telling me what was happening. My spouse and pets were definitely traumatized by the shenanigan's in my home. I went back to the company I used before, Love In Home Senior Care, they are wonderful and bill twice monthly, not in your face when you are half dead in a hospital like an aggressive used car salesman not respecting your health and crisis. My husband was filthy and very stinky when I got home, he thought I was dead, my house was FILTHY and my dogs didn't even have water. I had to have someone come and clean the day after I got home. My list is endless... I can honestly say, 2 of the supposed caregivers and the 2 women I had to deal with did not care about us at all. I could go on all day about all that went bad, however I thank 2 of the true caregivers that came through for us in the end.
