Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. The receptionists and the ladies in the front are very professional, efficient, and no-nonsense. Claudia, the nurse in the back, is also very straightforward, quiet, and asks you about your history and issues. Dr. Kusic? HE IS SO AWESOME! He has a great sense of humor and is quite hilarious, but also very professional, listens to you, knowledgeable, straightforward, and doesn't rush at all. He gives you plenty of time to change your garments, answers all your questions without any shaming, and sits down to talk to you for a bit before you leave (for prescriptions and any other questions in his office). Prescriptions are sent digitally so your meds are already ready for you when you get to your preferred pharmacy. Parking is a little limited, but can be found in the lot with some patience. +ask for Dr. Kusic!
