I was very quick to leave a review when I felt that they were failing my mother, and so I would also like to say that they are doing something right. They went ahead and prescribed a medication that would take the place of the medication that was taken from her. I want you all to know that the prescribed medication that Iris Medical gave to her has absolutely changed her life....ONE MEDICINE. She is able to stay awake and be active during the waking hours. She feels absolutely amazing and I am so very grateful that Iris has done the right thing.

When asked if they tried to offer my grandma a discount for her trouble or something to try and keep her as a client; the person who called me said she wasn't sure exactly and that my grandma just wasn't interested.
