At the REPEATED behest of the owner rami I am amending my past review. Buckle up cus it's a long one. 6 trips to and from this shop Opened the phone 3 times After almost 3 weeks and 422 dollars, back and forth, calls and text messages, I now have my phone properly repaired and in working order Wow. Where to start. Here are the facts from the beginning. The first call I made to the shop I was told that they could in fact fix my phone that day and was assured that they have the parts needed. I go in drop off my phone and they take my payment. 2 hours later turns out they DIDNT have the parts and needed to order them, fine, I'd have to wait for a refund and shipping of the part regardless so I left the phone with them. Rami calls me and offers to tear apart another phone of my model to fix my phone I say no just order the part as I wasn't In a rush to get my phone back. He tells me that he's ordering me the black screen (my original color) but purposes that he might be able to get another screen faster but in a different color, I say whatever is easier so he says he ordered me the black screen and shipping says it's arriving Friday but "to call him Wednesday because he has a feeling it will be in Wednesday" call Wednesday, parts not in (surprising) so Monday rolls around and he gives me a call that the phone is ready. I pick it up and the screen border is pink/bronze, he tells me "you said it didn't matter the color". Already done with the ordeal I take the phone intent on not playing the "who said what" game knowing that I had told him to "do whatever is easier" but being assured that he ordered the black screen. He instructs me to leave the rubber bands on the phone for another 2 hours so I do and when I went to remove the bands and inspect the phone I noticed chips on the back glass, so frustrated I leave a 2 star review with the attached picture of the new damage. Less than 5 min later he calls me asking why I left a bad review and why I hadn't called him instead to fix it. At which point I explain that I didn't WANT to take the phone back because I already took it in and this is how I got it back why would I take it back? (Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me) we go back and forth and he tells me (again) that he doesn't make much money on the kind of repair and that he just did it so he wouldn't lose a customer, and that if he had refused to take the phone in the first place that "I would have left a bad review ANYWAY" I get angry, we yell and hang up. I check my phone out more throughly later that night and I notice my front camera isn't opening. Great. I try hard reset, rebooting it in safe mode and then a factory reset, nothing. I assume it's most likely a hardware issue, so I go back first thing the next morning and tell rami that the camera isn't working to which he tells me "oh yeah the screen replacement came with another camera I just didn't put it in". So he takes the phone again (2nd time repairing the same phone for the same problem and 3rd time in the shop so far) he offers to fix it and asks me if I would like the back glass replaced in pink so my phone matches at this point I figure why not. He tells me it'll be a few hours. I come back later that day after he calls saying my phone is ready. I pick up the phone and the camera works but the back glass wasn't changed. He tells me "just let me know if you still want me to change the back glass" exasperated I tell him to call me when the parts are in to replace the back glass to make my phone (almost) one color. 2 days later he calls me and asks me to send him pictures of the phone because he REMEMBERED that he ordered the black screen and JUST realized they sent the wrong color and he had already installed it on my phone and in order for him to file grievance with the people who sent the screen he'd have to have pictures. I sent him the pictures and get a call a few days later from rami telling me he has both the black screen and back glass for my phone and to drop it off. After almost 3 weeks and 6 trips to the shop I finally have my phone in working order. He called me AND text me the next day to ask if the phone worked and if I could change my review, I didn't text back and he texts me for the next 2 days and calls me asking me to change my previous review. So here you go rami. I didn't want to dedicate ANYMORE time to this whole circus of a situation but I've blocked your number and I hope to not hear from you in the future, while this (hopefully) was a rare event in your business I hope you take something away from the whole experience, don't under quote your delivery if anything over quote, don't tell a customer that you don't make money ( I just felt like I was supposed to be sympathetic?) And DONT PESTER SOMEONE TO REWRITE A REVIEW. I have never had this much back and forth over a simple screen repair. Hopefully this is a one off. Good luck everyone. read more

Made an appointment with them to fix the screen on my phone. It was easy enough, they quoted me through message and the owner sent me some times to make an appointment. When I got to the store it was a bit busy but the guy upfront had me fill a short paper with my details, my quote and what was wrong with the phone. I decided to wait in the store as they had told me it would be 30 minutes. They have a big collection of phone cases for all types of phones and in my opinion reasonably priced. During this time I watched the interaction the owner had with his staff and customers. In my opinion this is the best way to really gauge both a business and person. And let me say, I wasn't disappointed. The owner was both respectful of his employees when directing them and kind to his customers. In that time an older woman came in having some phone trouble and he quickly and kindly helped her. The customer service here is amazing, the staff is knowledgeable and the prices are unbeatable compared to their competitors. I dropped off the phone and it was ready an hour later. Got my iPhone SE screen fixed on 4/30. Noticed the touch was funny but thought nothing of it. 5/3 I touched the button and the screen popped out. I noticed the bottom prongs were bent as soon as the screen came out as if the screen was shoved onto the phone incorrectly. Took it to the store and the guy told me it looked like a child tried to rip my screen off. no offer to fix it or anything. No resolve at all. TERRIBLE.
