Originally, I was informed me that my iphone is severely damaged. Supposedly, I killed the motherboard so my phone was considered rubbish. I decided to go to Senor IPhone for a second opinion...The receptionist was very caring and thoughtful and advised me of what my options are. The prices were very affordable and I felt comfortable with his service. He then repaired my phone and tested it out to see if the motherboard was damaged. Come to find out, it was not. The receptionist also detected what the facility prior did wrong and showed me. As a result, the receptionist gave me free screen protector and a case for a lower price. I went in for a battery replacement for my Samsung s10+. The person who helped me was the owner I believe, (Rami). The quote was cheaper than I expected , $75 (service and tax) . He gave an estimated time of 2 hours to get it done. I came back in exactly 2 hours and it was ready . He also asked me about my Phone Charging habits. Basically I learned that I should NEVER leave my phone charging overnight, like I normally do every night. Thats the reason why my battery got burnt out so quickly. Im thankful that he told me this or else I'd end up sticking with the same phone charging habits and end up buying another battery again next year. Theres a lot of haters on Yelp trying to trash talk this place. But in my personal experience with this place, the staff and service here is GRADE A. Both fast and affordable. He also offered a FREE Phone Screen Protector. ( Which I'll be having him put on my phone tomorrow). I will highly recommend this place to friends and family. I had my battery changed for my iPhone 13. Shortly after the change of the battery, my microphone went dead and when I brought it to the shop next day, they rudely told me that it was not their wrong doing and refused to fix the problem even if I told them I will pay for it. Then they asked me to leave the store right away and even threatened me to call security if I did not leave the store right away. I am going to file a complaint to the Nevada attorney general's office as well as to consumer protection office and will do whatever I have to do so that customer would not go there anymore. They are the worst people I've ever done business in my life. Very rude people. They do not know the ABC of the business on how to treat customers. If you want to be treated like shit, you can go there. Otherwise, I recommend to skip that damn store. read more
