She indicated that she had filed extensions for these returns, but in contacting IRS, we found that the extensions were not timely filed and rejected by IRS, resulting in significant penalties to file. The irony is that we owed no taxes, the timely filing would have resolved the issue. After the close of business, the IRS gives 5 months to file. Despite this Dgenerous time frame Ms. Davis failed to act responsibility, causing great difficulties for us that we are yet trying to resolve.
