I'm surprised that this place has such low reviews, but I will preface with the fact that I scheduled my appointments so I didn't have to wait long. I definitely suggest that you try to schedule an appointment yourself. Both times I was able to schedule my appointments on the same day as well, which was convenient. They called and asked if I'd like to come a little earlier since I listed that I had a hard time breathing, and I agreed to come in a half an hour earlier. I know there were walk-in emergencies that were taken, but I also saw some people who arrived around an hour before close and were turn away due to the earlier walk ins. Overall the space is very clean and newer or just kept clean for a medical facility. They have a lot of different rooms, and the one I was out in was pretty bug with extra chairs if you bring company. The nurses seems to all be friendly and genuinely care. I didn't feel like I was being judged for the fact that I vape or when I mentioned any other poor habits. After checking my lungs it turns out I had pneumonia. They gave me a nebulizer and ordered some antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler for me. They gave me clear instructions and asked me to come back in when I was done to confirm my pneumonia away. I came back after 5 days (booked an appointment the same day) was able to get checked in and seen pretty quickly and was checked it and confirmed to be doing much better. The nurses from my earlier appointment even remembered me and we're just as friendly and caring as the first time Like I said I'm really surprised by the poor rating but I also realize that people are more likely to leave a review if they have a complaint than if they're happy with the service. I definitely recommend this place, I will definitely be returning if I need to go to urgent care. I feel very confident in suggesting this place for urgent care needs. read more

I decided to go to the clinic because my primary doctor was several weeks out and I received lab results of something that needed to be taken care of right away. This clinic refused to accept my test results from the previous lab for unknown reasons. Even though I was experiencing symptoms and I had known exposure to what I was seeking treatment for. This is the worst healthcare I've ever received in my entire life and I do not recommend anybody Seek treatment here. It is Tuesday evening and I am still waiting for lab results so I can be treated from Sunday. Again worst care I've ever received in my entire life do not go it is worth sitting in the ER if you have to. I wrote my review without looking at any others. I'm editing now because there is an obvious pattern. The "Manager" called me and didn't acknowledge nor give an acceptable response to me still not receiving the prescription I need, that I went in on Sunday to get. It's now Wednesday morning and I have an appointment with a new clinic in the morning. Again DO NOT GO HERE! Update #2 it is now Thursday and I still have no test results from them, and still no treatment for my issues I went in on Sunday for. Yesterday I was able to book an appointment with Providence at Walgreens. They accepted my lab that I had in hand, same one I presented to Indigo, and I received treatment. I arrived at 12:50 for my 1pm appt due to seasonal allergy issue that not getting better after 2weeks of OTC meds. Vital check at 1:20 and had to wait another 30mins before the provider came in. She didnt say a word about her being 50minutes behind? Is it normal for a patient to wait that long at that clinic? She checked my ENT and said she's gonna give me something different then leave the room. Almost an hour of waiting was for approximately 7-10minutes of face to face consult. Not worth the wait IMO. I wouldnt be that disappointed if that was an walk-in appt. There was only 2 patients including me in the lobby both coming in and leaving. The 3* was for the last MA who handed me the discharge summary and walked me all the way out to the front and even opened the door for me. read more

This branch has some serious medical malpractice. I have gone in twice for testing and never received a call for results both times and any time I call it rings for 4 mins and they drop my call. (Over the course of 6 months) I just want to know what's going on with my body, I used to go to the marysville location and I would always get a call back if results were good or bad. The waiting area has several comfortable seating options and even has a few tables and some with outlets in case you need to charge you devices. We visited Indigo Urgent Care in Lake Stevens in September when we tested positive for COVID using home tests. Usually we go to Everett Clinic walk in, but they were overwhelmed with a 3 hour wait and no way to let us know when to come back, so they suggested we try Indigo. There was also a long wait for Indigo, but with their app we were kept informed about when to return. We waited another 45 minutes, but that was due to a patient with an emergency which required aid car transport to the hospital. The facility is new, very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were seen promptly and treated very efficiently and thoroughly. I will definitely use Indigo LS in the future and recommend them to others. read more

I had to go in on Memorial day as I had a pretty good sized hook embedded in my thumb, no way I was getting it out on my own. My son came in for a visit during the summer, doctor did not do anything except a Covid test and ask us to call back if symptom persisted. I called back next day since my son's symptom did not improve and was wondering if we should visit hospital emergency. I was told by receptionist that doctor would call back in few hours, but the call never came. Also, the COVID test results never came back to us and there were no instructions on how to get the result, so why need to do the test in the first place? And just now received bill for owing $19 dollars, trying to follow the online instructions on the bill but the website listed on the bill was wrong, had to call the phone and it listed a different website to pay, and that website came back saying account is fully paid. The nurse practitioner diagnosed and treated my girls effectively, and she was so kind and caring. We barely had to wait at all, and walking in was extremely easy. Let's just say I am actually surprised I am giving this place a 1 star. My first time at Indigo Urgent Care was amazing, but today on the other hand I totally felt intimidated and discriminated against. I originally booked my appointment online and completed the pre-checkin so I didn't have to wait for 15 minutes. My appointment was made for 10: 45 am, I walked in at 10:42. I was introduced to a very snippy front desk person who went on and asked me for my name. I gave her my name and she goes on to say while laughing" I was just about to no show you." I'm definitely thrown off by this because the online checkin says I can save time by completing everything online which I did. Left feeling uncomfortable, I let it go and continued my check in with this lady. At that point she has now stated my primary insurance has rejected and mind you I just verified everything before coming in. I asked if she was billing the insurance correctly and she said that wasn't really her job and gave me a card with a number to call. Then she had me follow her to a room and told me someone would be with me shortly. I thought I had at least 10 minutes. So I called my insurance to see what was going on, the call only took 5 minuets in which someone came in to grab vitals, at that point I was getting ready to end my phone call and the PA or ARNP walks in and dismisses the person taking my vitals and loudly says she's on the phone so you can leave. Two minuets later I'm already off my phone, the PA or ARNP walks in with the front desk lady, I'm definitely confused, they both go in on me on how I am not being considerate and how rude it is to be on my phone, I tried to explain to them from my perspective but they didn't want to hear it instead used my job and told me I should have known better. I told them that I just lost my father and I didn't really need this in which they laughed and I went on to tell them I was feeling discriminated against and threatened with two of them in my room going over guidelines and telling me how rude I was for being on my phone. I ended up never being seen because I felt so uncomfortable and when I stated that I was going to repot them for how they treated me and how I felt discriminated against they laughed and the front desk lady says "White People get discriminated against too." They expected me to shut up and not express how they were making me feel because my care was in there hands, but I knew that my care and my life was way more important than being treated by uneducated and unaware healthcare workers read more

This is the most dishonest business. Urgent Care should change their name to Urgent money. I visited them for a covid test. I sat down and was called back to see a "doctor" . He asked me few questions and I told him that have covid symptoms and was here for test. He checked my pulse, throat and listen to my chest ( covid symptoms, 3 minutes top). They gave me a covid test afterwards . I left and was billed for acute respiratory check, which was $207.02. My insurance company said they would've paid for it if it was billed as covid test. Last year I left a Facebook review because we were a walk-in and turned away, they stated in response this is not how it is supposed to be and walk-ins are always welcome. So figured this would be fixed. I had a couple good visits in between now and then, however this last week has been a nightmare. Tuesday (7/27) my boyfriend went in to get a Covid test, showing multiple symptoms, and they scheduled him an appointment for the next day. By 5pm he just wasn't looking good so I took him in and said he needed to be seen, and they got him in. I waited in the car and when he came out he showed me the paperwork basically giving him instructions for a cold and was told the results would go to his MyChart. Well, the results did go to his MyChart but they were positive! No phone call, no change in visit instructions, nothing. I got a phone call on my daughters test from the indigo urgent care and she was negative. I for sure thought he would have received a phone call. Anyways, I we got over that as we looked up on the CDC site what to do. Started our quarantine process and have been doing fairly well until Friday. I was hit with a cough, congestion, headache which has only gotten worse over the last 2 days. My son also started having symptoms. It was 6pm and I checked online and it stated 0 people in line, walk-ins welcome. I drove straight there. Upon entry the MA was working the front desk and immediately asked if I had an appointment. I said no, we are just here to get a Covid test with symptoms and online said to walk-in. She stated "we are no longer taking walk-ins for today" I said but online and your sign says walk-in welcome, she said well we have a 2 hour wait and only 2 hours before we close, so we won't be able to see you". If you are an urgent care with walk-in advertised then you should see ALL walk-in patients. I worked in an urgent care facility for 6+ years and we saw everything that walked through the door, even if it meant staying late. I find it really frustrating to be told a year ago that is not how the clinic is supposed to be and that walk-ins are always welcome, to have this happen yet again. People are sick and don't feel well, if you are going to advertise that you are an urgent care and walk-ins are ALWAYS welcome, then honor your advertising or don't advertise such. I decided to leave and drive to the Marysville location as they had 1 person in line and my hope was really just to get a test and some anti-nausea medicine in order to get throw these symptoms. I drove 20 minutes to the Marysville location, the MA there was working the front desk and she said "Hello, how can we help you today" I told her that I just drove from the lake stevens office and we really aren't feeling well and need a Covid test, due to exposure and symptoms. She said "We are scheduling appointments for tomorrow" I replied ok, but we would really like to be seen today, the sign and online says walk-ins welcome. She said "We are scheduling for tomorrow. All of the Indigo Urgent Cares are short staffed, so we cannot see anymore patients today". I told her that I thought that was interesting and we would be ok with waiting, we just want to be seen. Her replay was "It is not fair for you to upset the staff here, we can schedule you for tomorrow but we don't have anything left for today" I just left, super appalled by her behavior. So here we are now, with no assistance from both Indigo Urgent Cares in our area. My son is sick and feel nauseous. I have plenty of symptoms that luckily ibuprofen and Tylenol are helping with. But it would really have been nice to know if we were fighting off Covid or just a cold. I'm literally at my last resort leaving this review. Stop advertising that WALK-INS are always welcome when your staff do not adhere to those advertisements. Do not pretend to be an urgent care who accepts walk-ins when your facilities continue to turn people away when they are "busy". Your are forcing people to go to Emergency Rooms and bother them with things that should and can be treated at a real urgent care. The fact is these two clinics, and probable the rest of them, act as same day appointment clinics and if you don't have an appointment, your chances of being seen are minimal. That is NOT how you have advertised your facilities. Just be honest with advertising what your clinic really does. Don't tell people to walk-in cause online scheduling is booked when the staff won't accept them walking in. It's ridiculous! read more

I called to see if they accept Veterans Administration benefits and was told they could help open a claim. When the person who answered the phone asked what I wanted to be seen for, I told her I severe back pain that makes it hard to move. The next thing out of her mouth was we don't prescribe pain meds like OxyContin without me even mentioning anything about meds. Having an opinion that I'm looking for drugs without even seeing me was absolutely mind blowing. As a disabled veteran, I have coverage through the VA that covers places like this, but this is disgusting. Sticking with having to pay a provider that will try to figure out what's going on with my back. read more

This place is a ripoff! I went in to get my ears cleaned. I was told it was $38. They then billed my insurance using codes to make it like emergency care. After insurance they are charging me another $189! Their website states an uninsured person can get an office visit, some tests and meds for $175 but my ear cleaning is $227! I am so disappointed at this place! I had made an appointment online for 5pm due to my persistent coughing and other issues that came along with it, due to the fact the OTC medications were not working. I am asthmatic and when I have a bad cold such as what I had, it tends to flare up. At 4:30pm I receive a text saying if I could come at 5:20 instead of 5, because they were running 40 minutes behind schedule. I reply with "yes", and get a "thank you" in response. At around 4:50 I receive a call from someone from urgent care telling me that they can't see me anymore, because they are at full capacity and have had 5 emergencies come in this afternoon and patients that have been there since noon are still waiting, so they are calling everyone (patients) with appointments to reschedule for another day. I ask her why am I only being notified now about this, if you all knew you were behind since noon and why did you send me a text asking for me to come at 5:20 and stated that you all were only 40 minutes behind?!?! Made zero sense to me. I asked the lady on the phone if I could please get seen and she said no and that the emergencies were walk ins and they can't turn emergency patients away. She let me know since noon that these "emergency" patients are still waiting to be triaged over to the hospital. I asked her what constitutes as an emergency and she goes on with a list, and I stop and tell her, "wait I have shortness of breath and my chest feels heavy", and that I have asthma so I am considered an emergency and that I can get seen. She then tells me, "ok that's fine". My husband drives me there and I get in there and there's two patients in the waiting room. No receptionist in sight, but I can hear people laughing and talking behind the wall. As I'm waiting one patient gets up and says, "this is bullshit" he then looks over at me and tells me good luck because he's been waiting for hours. So at this point there is only one patient in the waiting room. Finally the receptionist Brenda comes out and asks what I needed and I told her I was there to be seen and she asked me for what and I explained to her and then she asks me for my name and then she proceeds to tell me that they can't take anymore patients because they are at full capacity. I told her I spoke with someone on the phone and they said it was ok to come because of these issues I'm having. She goes in the back and comes back out and says to me, "I just asked and nobody knows you or remembers having any conversation with you". I asked her who was the person that called to cancel my appointment and she said the supervisor. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she says no. I told her why, I would like to talk to her to see where the miscommunication was, and she tells me no again and that I can go elsewhere and they are not an ER and don't take emergency patients and that they do not need to assist me. I ask for her name and the supervisor and left. My husband was frustrated for me because I have a hard time talking due to my coughing and heavy breathing, so he goes in and asks why I can't be seen. Then while he's asking questions trying to get answers and clarification of their policy and procedures, Brenda says to him to not yell and that he needed to leave and she was going to call the cops. He was not yelling at all and he told her to go ahead and call the cops because he was just trying to ask questions and get clarification. Meanwhile the other patient in the waiting room is being told by someone else that they will be with him in 10 minutes. My husband is still trying to ask questions and then the supervisor comes out and tells him that she did speak with me over the phone but because I only said I had shortness of breath when she was going down the list of reasons they would take an emergency patient, that because I didn't mention and waited for her to say something from that list is why I can't be seen. My husband leaves upset and tells me what they said. I felt completely discriminated against!! I mean why ask me what I'm there for then when I give you my name all of a sudden "sorry we can't take any patients today". Really?! .... Also, why tell me it's ok and fine to come with my symptoms but I get there and get turned away?!?! Is it because I look Mexican or Puerto Rican?!?! Anyways, we ended up having to drive farther to seek medical care and I was prescribed some medications for my symptoms. It seems like they like who they like there. read more

I had gashed my head with a tree branch. Blood was streaming down, but realized head wounds bleed more and didn't my wife to have to look at it. When I arrived, they led me back to a room immediately. Got me a cold compress. I received 3 staples and good instructions. The people were really friendly had really good bedside manner. Send me to collections for an amount I never knew I owed. No call from them. No notice. Instead, they have Americollect do their dirty work. **edit- I just called indigo's billing department "MultiCare" and they informed me that my notice was sent back to them in the mail so they had proof it was never received by me. So, why didn't they call me? These people don't care if it hurts your credit. It was a measly $68.00. Really, risk ruining someone's credit over that without calling or emailing them first? We came here because my wife was having problems breathing and needed an inhaler that had been left hours away at home. The communication skills/leadership at this location needs to significantly improve. We sat in a waiting room for 40 mins only to find out they were waiting for a pharmacy to open...... We then had to go wait back in another waiting room another 20 minutes. I then called the pharmacy myself and had to tell indigo when to call back. Then back into another waiting room for another 20 min. We could have drove home and got the inhaler myself if they had just told us when we arrived that they can't refill inhaler prescriptions without prescription info from pharmacy. I understand why they couldn't refill the prescription, but what I don't understand is why it took almost two hours to get that information. read more

It had spread over my whole body over night and I was itchy and miserable. I had gone to a different walk-in clinic in Lake Stevens, but was turned away. The provider was nice is about the only nice thing I can say. Test results take much longer than what the provider told me they would which means I'm suffering through because they won't treat without test results. I had an appointment scheduled and walk in patients were seen before me. Had to wait 5 minutes in lobby with no one to check people in. We were just standing there looking at each other trying to figure out if anyone was working. Pretty terrible communication all around. read more

This place is a joke. I've gone a few times the first few we're without insurance and I was required to pay a flat full amount (their policy) which I understand before being seen. I kept proof of payment for my records. I received a bill for over 300 dollars. They redirected me to billing, where I filed a claim for the bill with my receipt and they said they would look into it. Stating "someone will be in contact in 24 hours" that never happened. The bill has vanished and is no longer in my online chart as due. I went back months later with insurance this time. Paid a Co pay. My insurance was billed for a full amount and my explanation of benefits had no report of my payment. Again I was sent a bill for a an insane amount, higher than what it would cost to be seen with out insurance. Mind you, each time I was sent home with no resolution to my health concern and told to come back in a 3 days... and be billed all over again? Are you joking me? read more

Customer service was really good by the front counter staff and they checked me in as soon as I arrived. However the care from the physician was appalling. I came in for a severe toothache that has stopped me from eating and sleeping over the last 36 hours, I asked for Antibiotics ( so I could go and see the dentist once the infection had cleared up ) and something for the pain while the antibiotics do their job. I was given the Antibiotics however I was told that I just had to suck the pain up and if it go really bad wash my mouth with salt water, what a joke. I was made to feel like I had some kind of painkiller addiction when all I wanted was to end my discomfort. If you have any kind of medial issue that has you in severe pain I would not recommend going here unless you enjoy being treated poorly and enjoy prolonged discomfort. read more

I'm sick to my stomach over my experience at this urgent care. I might as well have flushed $175 down the toilet. I'm on vacation with my kids for the holidays. My 6-month-old baby girl came down with a fever...and was up all night. The poor little thing was miserable and sounded and looked terrible. I brought her to the nearest urgent care as soon as they opened. I told them what was going on and before being seen they charged me $175. but come to find out they didn't have the capabilities to check my daughter for the flu, RSV or strep on the spot. The provider told me they could...and then sent in her nurse in to tell me they had actually run out of tests. they said they'd send it out and have the results the next day. This was Friday. It's now Sunday afternoon and I have yet to hear from them. The provider I saw listened to my daughter's lungs and when she was finished didn't say anything...I had to ask "so, do they sound clear, anything concerning." she replies "well they aren't great...but not too bad i guess." she then looks in her ears. Again, she doesn't say anything after she's done. I ask "so, does she have an ear infection." She says "well it was hard to see past all the ear wax, but it looks ok I guess." Like seriously, what kind of answers are these. You guess...I don't need you to guess. I didn't pay $175 for you to guess. I'm sitting here clearly stressed, sleep-deprived and practically in tears because my little one is miserable and this woman had no compassion and treated me like I was a major inconvenience. (the only positive was the gal working the front desk. I can't remember her name but she had tattoo's and previously worked in pediatrics. You were 100x more helpful than the provider I saw. Thank you for answering all my questions and understanding my concerns. Tonya the ANRP was thorough but not very sensitive to my state of well being. The nurses are cool and very professional but not very sensitive as well. They also said they faxed my L&I claim on Wednesday but L&I never got it so they had to re-fax it on Friday and L&I finally got the info. Now I have to wait until next week to figure out where I'm at with my L&I Frustrating when you're in pain and no-one is able to help but yourself. Hopefully this review helps someone else.
