Of the two rubs the rust belt was the sweetest and overall best , but I'm a fan of spice and the hellfire was definitely the winner. The chicken wings had the same Kind of inconsistency . Some were perfectly cooked, others a bit dry. But their bleu cheese really was the standout for me. As a top wing reviewer in 2025 I've had a lot of wings and bleu cheese. This I would probably give a 7/10. Definitely saved the day with the wings. Underdog was a bit underwhelming but service really saved the day here. He was attentive, helpful And overall just great. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery I decided to go with a flight here. I actually was able to use my wine tastings on beer here but the size wasn't too good and so I paid the $5 for 4 - 4 oz pours. Since the brewery is named 7 sins, as you would guess some of their beer names are also related to that. So for my 4 beers I went with Gluttony (Stout), Pre-prohibition Porter, Greed (Brown Ale) and Frye PA (IPA). Out of the bunch I enjoyed the Frye Pa with the Gluttony coming in a close second. I also thought that the Greed was pretty good but there was something about the porter which I didn't care for. There wasn't anything wrong with it but my palate just didn't care for it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed most of the beers that I had here and I think that $5 a flight is a steal.
