It's a safe menu, sure, but Ernies makes every meal fresh and made-to-order. This means that it takes a little longer (my Italian sausage with onions and peppers took probably 6-7 minutes), but being so fresh and at an extremely reasonable price of $4, it was well worth the wait - especially considering the guys behind the counter were personable and more than willing to chat with me while they were cooking, as it wasn't too busy. To be honest they were almost too good as folks kept going back for more instead of dancing!
