I needed a cortisone shot in my foot which Dr. Maloof had performed several times and was excellent in his precision. I needed to self pay and was told by their manager"Missy" that the practice would not see me even though I offered to pay upfront. She wouldn't even ask Dr. Maloof to see me. I could not believe this. At a time when insurance is off the charts, why would this be their policy? This is what happens when medicine is handled like a cooperation!
