There's 7 of us neighbors that pay a monthly fee and everyone seems as happy as I am. They spray every 3 weeks which is mosquitos life cycle and it does a great job. In 2002 Joey Osborne founded Mosquito Authority in his own back yard because he wanted his 3 little girls could go outside and play without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Now, more than 14 years later, his nationally franchised company serves more than 60,000 customers every year. With these guys there's no long-term commitments, contracts and you can cancel anytime. They also offer a mosquito guarantee that states "If at any time after your two initial services you or a family member are bitten by mosquitoes, we will return, reassess, and retreat if necessary." I have called them a few times over the years because of mosquitoes within a day or two of spraying and they've gladly returned to respray, all our yards, with no problem or hassle, so they honor it. I tried calling the local office to find out what is going on but got a general customer service number that couldn't answer any questions or give me the branch manager's name & number. He said, my lawn was too big and they couldn't do what the ad said. I asked Bobby if he thought the ad was deceptive and he said no. I offered him the opportunity to have a supervisor call me. He was uninterested. I'm disappointed in this company. I am a customer of Wayne's and carry a termite bond with them on another house. I will be looking for a new company based on this experience.
