Before the injections, they injected a numbing medication instead of applying topical numbing cream, which was different from my previous experiences at other clinics. After the treatment, I experienced significant pain and emailed the doctor to express my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the doctor, nor did anyone from the office call me back to check on me. More than a month later, I returned to the clinic to speak with the doctor in person. I explained that no one had responded to my email and that I had never been asked to sign a consent form or receive post-treatment instructions before my procedure. The doctor told me they do not normally have patients sign consent forms, which surprised me. When I went back today for the remaining balance that I had already paid for, the staff suddenly asked me to sign consent forms and other paperwork before refund. I questioned why I wasn't asked to sign any of these documents before my initial treatment, when they had already performed procedures on my face. In my opinion, the communication, documentation, and overall patient care at this clinic were unprofessional. After receiving treatment here, I ended up spending thousands of dollars addressing the issues I experienced. I encourage anyone considering treatment at this clinic to do thorough research, carefully read every document before signing, and make sure you fully understand the procedures and consent process before moving forward. Tran began in 2022, after a long and frustrating search for a surgeon who could help me. In 2021, I suffered a very serious accident that caused significant loss of skin and tissue in my lower leg and forearm. I underwent several procedures and skin grafts, but beyond the physical damage, the experience was deeply traumatic, and I also lost much of the sensation in the grafted areas. After consulting with several specialists throughout Orange County, I repeatedly heard the same thing: they could not help me. Every surgeon I saw before Dr. Tran said they were unable to perform the reconstruction I needed. After hearing "no" from surgeon after surgeon, I was incredibly fortunate to finally find Dr. Tran. During our first conversation, he told me he had previously performed a similar procedure on a child and believed he could perform the delicate reconstructive surgeries I needed. For the first time, I felt there might actually be a solution. That was the beginning of a journey that has truly changed my life. Dr. Tran did much more than perform several surgeries to reconstruct parts of my body. In many ways, he also helped reconstruct my self-esteem and confidence. The work he has done for me is something I honestly never imagined would be possible. At one point, there simply was not enough skin or tissue to properly close the area over the grafts. Dr. Tran used an extremely delicate technique involving tissue expanders placed beneath my skin and gradually filled with saline. Little by little, the skin expanded, creating enough additional tissue to eventually be repositioned over the areas requiring reconstruction. It is a long, delicate process requiring extraordinary precision, experience, patience, and vision. My arm has now been completed, while my leg is still in the final stage of reconstruction. I am scheduled for one final surgery later this year, in 2026, and I know this long journey is finally approaching its conclusion. When I think about everything Dr. Tran has done for me, I can only say that he is much more than a surgeon. To me, he is a true artist with blessed hands, an extraordinary mind, and the ability to see possibilities where perhaps other surgeons might not. I will be eternally grateful that I found him. I also want to give a very special thank-you to Leyna, Janet, and Liz, who are an essential part of Dr. Tran's team. During the consultation, the doctor recommended a Level 1 lift through the areola incision, which he said would make my areolas smaller and improve the sagging. I trusted his professional opinion completely and had no objections. I paid $9,000 for the surgery, including $2,000 specifically for the Level 1 lift. About two weeks after the operation, I removed the compression bra and was extremely disappointed -- the sagging had not improved even 10%. You can still clearly see the droop (I have photos to prove this) and my breasts are not smaller as I requested, nor as the doctor claimed they would be in the consultation. When I went back for a follow-up, the doctor simply said, "I think they look good!" Honestly, if this is considered "good," then this doctor should not be in cosmetic surgery. When I asked about having the surgery corrected to achieve a proper lift, they told me I would need a Level 3 lift -- and I would have to pay another $9,000! There was zero responsibility taken for my unsatisfactory result. It seems they don't care about their patients, their wishes, or their recovery -- only about money. I made it clear this was not my fault and I should not be charged as if it were a brand-new surgery with no support from the doctor. I offered to pay 50% of the $9,000 to help cover anesthesia and OR costs, but they refused. They blamed "high anesthesia costs" and showed no intention to work with me to correct the problem. Let's not forget -- each surgery costs not just money, but also time, health, and recovery. The Level 1 lift was not something I demanded; it was the doctor's professional recommendation. As a patient, I trusted that advice, and a professional should know which procedure will deliver the best result. If the chosen technique fails, the responsibility should be shared. Since then, I have tried to reach out multiple times, but their way of handling customers is to avoid and remain silent. I then had another employee come to where I was seated to tell me that I had to wait 3 weeks before they can do anything. She then told me that I could wait for the doctor but I would possibly have to wait a while because he was with a patient. (I called before I came in as a "walk-in" because I didn't have to wait for a long time) At this point, I wasn't going to wait for the doctor for him to tell me that I had to wait 3 weeks.
