They also have laser service here . Every MA and receptionist ( I talked to John, Vincent, Co Cindy is very sweet too) , though they have a high volume of phone calls, they always make sure every patient and the problem is well taken care of. Excellent Providers, they have a strong team of experienced MD and PAs ( David and Teresa were my Dermatology PAs , they were so kind and knowledgeable), very devoted to their patients. Office is clean and organized though super busy with patients. Highly recommend this place to any of my acquaintances.

No reply, so I figured they must not monitor that (why have that feature if no one follows up!?) and the problem I am calling about started changing more and becoming more worrisome so starting 7/16/26 I started calling them for an appointment. I now know when you call if is routed to some overseas scheduling service even when calling during business hours, everyone I have talked to has either a British or Australian accent. I have told them I have a referral and need an appointment. I have been told there's some issue with the referral or they can't find it. I have offered the authorization number and was told that won't help. I have given my info a few times and have been told they will escalate my call and I will definitely receive a callback, shocker still have NEVER received a callback. I called this morning and asked to be transferred directly to the FV office and at a separate time asked to speak to the office manager. Both times were transferred to a voicemail and left a message. The office has failed CA Timely Access Standards and I am filing grievances. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.

I don't think he gets much business at all... seems he's going broke and then he takes his frustration out on the one potential client (me) he might have. He gets too easily and too quickly upset. Many of those doctors will only want to talk to you once you paid, then after you paid they will be too rushy to talk to you, unless you're an instagram influencer or celebrity, etc. Most of the time they will have their nurses to talk to you instead, and that sucks. Dr. Thanh has alot of experiences and have done breast augmentation to most of my girlfriend's friends, he's a very cool guy and will spend alot of his time talking to you and recommend whats best and bad for you. The receptionists were nice as well. This place gave us a warm welcoming atmosphere and the fact that they're in front of Kindred Hospital as well, so i wouldn't worry about the surgery. The result of my girlfriend's breast turned out more better than what I expected. Both side were balanced and high profiled. Both of us were amazed because this is a perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover, just because Dr. Thanh has less reviews on yelp doesn't mean his work is not good. You will definitely find alot of negative reviews from those well known doctors about their breasts not balanced, rude service, and doctors that won't talk to you that much. Good price, perfect work, caring doctor. You are going to spend that much money, so you have to have that much expectation. During my appointment, I was encouraged to purchase Sculptra treatments. Before the injections, they injected a numbing medication instead of applying topical numbing cream, which was different from my previous experiences at other clinics. After the treatment, I experienced significant pain and emailed the doctor to express my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the doctor, nor did anyone from the office call me back to check on me. More than a month later, I returned to the clinic to speak with the doctor in person. I explained that no one had responded to my email and that I had never been asked to sign a consent form or receive post-treatment instructions before my procedure. The doctor told me they do not normally have patients sign consent forms, which surprised me. When I went back today for the remaining balance that I had already paid for, the staff suddenly asked me to sign consent forms and other paperwork before refund. I questioned why I wasn't asked to sign any of these documents before my initial treatment, when they had already performed procedures on my face. In my opinion, the communication, documentation, and overall patient care at this clinic were unprofessional. After receiving treatment here, I ended up spending thousands of dollars addressing the issues I experienced. I encourage anyone considering treatment at this clinic to do thorough research, carefully read every document before signing, and make sure you fully understand the procedures and consent process before moving forward. I have a full voicemail I'm happy to publish on here for the world to listen to, since I have nothing to hide. 1) We track our appointments electronically. On the particular day this review was posted, we had 43 appointments. Every day is different, but on this day, the average time these patients waited to be called from the reception area was 5.3 minutes, starting from their appointment time. The longest wait was 23 minutes. These 43 patients had an average appointment duration of 69 minutes, meaning that, on average, they were done a little over one hour after their appointment time. That's great to cite averages but that's not the case here. As I mentioned - we waited 1.5 hours. But the provider made it a point to say it wasn't a long time and did she really think it was that long - extreme gaslight behavior. Anybody who doesn't think a wait time of 1.5 hours at a Dr.'s office lives in a dystopian world. We have lives and things to do, not wait around for a doctor who doesn't have their scheduling figured out after 20 years in business. There is a big difference between an appointment that "takes" one hour versus a patient who "waited" for one hour. On average, our appointments take 1-1.5 hours. This is because the appointment involves many components, such as updating the medical history, conducting tests, reviewing surgery instructions, waiting for dilation drops to take effect, and, finally, meeting the doctor. Unfortunately, some patients consider the time they see the doctor as the start of the appointment, discounting all the previous components that our staff had to complete in order for the doctor to perform his/her portion. My mother has had all these events happen in previous visits. They've never accounted for 1.5 hours. In fact if you want the truth, we were told by the front desk staff once we inquired why the wait was so long - they said it was because they had to have other people go ahead of us because of "emergencies". Not our problem. If you read other reviews, the long wait times are not an uncommon occurrence for this provider. 2) If a patient complains that they have waited long, we check the electronic tracking data to identify the cause of the delay and make improvements for the future. Sometimes, the tracking data reveal that the patient has misjudged or exaggerated the actual time they waited. My mother did say it was two hours and as I stated in my review - I corrected the provider by telling him it was actually 1.5 hours and that's still a long time to wait for an appointment. Have the decency to admit your deficiency instead of trying to gaslight or lie your way through a review response. 3) As with any business that cares about its clients, if we receive negative feedback about a patient experience, we try to reach out to the patient to address their concerns. If the feedback was made in a public forum (e.g., Yelp/Google) supposedly on their behalf, we obviously need to inform the patient what the feedback stated in order to have that discussion. Yes you certainly reached out - not to address the patient's concern, but as a point of trying to embarrass my mother. It's clear as day - nobody in their right mind would ever consider your behavior a follow up, and considering it was after hours and around 7:30pm at night, past dinner time at the house. You failed to disengaged when asked politely, to not call here and hang up - at least 20 times. Most people have the intelligence to apologize and leave when asked, not to continue to harass families like this guy. 4) We treat all patients with respect, courtesy, and honesty, and we are fortunate that most patients treat us the same. Many of our patients stay with us long term (often over 15-20 years) and refer their family and friends to our office. You clearly don't treat all patients with respect, as you demonstrated both in your "in office" behavior and "out of office" behavior. Nice try diddy.

She was super nice, friendly, and great person to have conversations with. She did my acne facial really good, smooth, and knows how to extract acne without hurting my skin. I usually come here to get my acne check out by a doctor and gives prescription on acne and knows what you need. I mainly come here a lot for my appointment. There is plenty of parking.
