Be careful bringing your gift cards for Sephora here.. I attempted to purchase something with a gift card gifted to me for my bday and the cashier ringing me up told me I couldn't use it because it was not working when she swiped it into the system. She told me to call Sephora customer care to get help. I called 3 times trying to get help, only to find out the 3rd time calling that someone had fraudulently used the gift card for an online order (not me). Idk if the cashiers are in on this fraud with gift cards but apparently this is a common way they get you. The outcome recommend by client care was to reach out to the person who purchased the gift card I received as a gift to have them report it on fraud (if purchased with a credit/debit card) but other than that if it was purchased with cash there's nothing they can do. End of story I was not able to use my birthday gift card at all. BS read more

Went today 07/21/25 at 3pm: All the girls who work here are incredibly rude! No greeting, no offer if they could help me find anything. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and no offer of any assistance. Very disappointed with Sephora. Today I went in to return a brand new Urban Decay eye pencil that I had bought the day before as I had the same color at home. I exchanged it for a different eye pencil that the clerk the day b4 had suggested but I waited to make sure I had the one I bought. When I exchanged it the clerk charged me more even tho the item was the same price. When I inquired, she said it was because I lost my Sephora points with the exchange. I stated well then I'll just keep it but she said it was too late as she had already returned it in the system and I now owed the difference for the other urban decay pencil. This is not a good policy losing my points to make an even exchange. This is bizarre! Spent literally 20 minutes wandering around looking without anyone even acknowledging me. Multiple Employees walked right past me in different aisles and no smile, no eye contact no hi. I went in to visit the new location today. I was happily shopping when I decided to check some of their fragrances. After spritzing a few I picked one and moved on. All of a sudden my throat sorta got a tickle that I could not clear. I was having an allergic reaction, gasping for air, coughing, choking then crying. One of the sales ladies realized I was having a hard time and asked if I needed some water. I was able to shake my head vigorously, "YES". It took a few swallows before the attack subsided. I was so embarrassed, red faced, sweating and teary eyed. Thank goodness she noticed. I would have had to run out and, do what, I don't know. Very kind staff you have at that location. Came for just the DIOR AIRFLASH and pat mcgrath labs ( pat mcgrath not available YET) and ended up walking out with some goods. She's super personable, has an adorable personality and very helpful. Helped me with the DIOR flash and finding my perfect color with preferred undertone plus some contour brushes and brow gel freeze which I absolutely LOVE. Thank you Gabie! If you guys are looking for the best foundation go with the DIOR AIRFLASH. It never fails me. Anastasia brow freeze gel- my absolute new favorite gel for a feathery natural look. Too face LIP INJECTION "MAXIMUM" - holy moly. I usually buy the regular one but this one is def will give you a temporary lip filler look. Makeup by Mario contour stick- you can NOT go wrong with this even if you tried. Super slick Tarte- creaseless concealer. One of my favorite concealer. My mom went in to look for some rose water. There were employees just talking amongst each other when my mom went to go ask if there was a particular one in stock she was treated as if she just interrupted a courtroom in session. One of the girls said "ugh no we are out of that one" my mom then asked well do u have any other ones you might recommend. The girl then told my mom to go to Ulta, they probably have it. Thank goodness for another associate that then said no, there's this one and then proceeded to help my mom out. I'm not wanting to bash anyone but sheesh that girl needs to get a little more training in customer service. And sending a customer away because you don't want to stop your conversation is a big no no. Let me start by saying that this location really took care of me. I had an appointment booked in Walnut Creek to have my makeup done for a photo shoot that I booked weeks in advance and it was cancelled hours before my appointment. I called this Sephora and told them my situation. They got me in and I was so lucky to have gotten Arica to do my makeup. She was super friendly and made my makeup look so good! He did not tell me what I could get with my points and when I mentioned Ulta he flat out told me to go there super condescending. I was able to get a full refund and a ton of extra beauty points from corporate almost instantly, but avoid Wes at this location.
