The staff has always been soooo helpful and nice. The new manager Kayla is doing so well, the store is really coming together. the other 3 employees are always able to find an answer to my questions and if they can't they go ask someone who can. I have been and will continue to shop here frequently. They even had me write my name and number so a product I was looking for could be held aside for me when it came in on shipment day. 10000/10 thank you all for working so hard to make sure my experience and products are to my needs. The 60 day return policy is also amazing because you have time to make sure the product really works before returning. I recommend this store to everyone I can. read more

I always shop here, have never had any issues with the staff. In fact the staff always seem to be educated in hair products. The only issues here are all of the attempt shoplifters who walk in with huge bags, unfortunately the staff are limited by law and safety reasons as this is definitely a rough area, but that's because of some of the clientele in the area. 1 star for getting greeted right when I walked in. Their nail section/area always seem like it's empty, nothing on their shelves. No dip powders like the Antioch store. I came here twice within two weeks and I figure maybe they would have new stock by then, but nope. Also kinda ran down. read more

Good selection of colourful semi-permanent hair dyes and brands, price not too far from other stores. Good selection of nail polish and beautiful colours. Never a line to check out and never crowded, quiet small shop. This place is a bit hidden behind the plaza clock so it's easy to miss, but just look for the clock and you'll find it. read more

I was interested in the views before I went here to do business. It seems as if this store is bias toward minority customers and cater to others. The customers allegation are strong enough for me to do business elsewhere. The bad customer service and discriminatory practices against POC is shameful. Is makes me wonder why this business is addressing these huge allegations. I usually order on line but I am choosing to no longer do business with Sally's ever again. Super rude staff. I was racially profiled this past Friday the 23rd and they were refusing my refund from a week prior that I had the receipt for and then proceeded to call security and the police on me. I did also film how poorly Isosa and Dani both treated me. Also, Dani had her non employee boyfriend hanging out and being an instigator. I went there today to see if i could get some hair dye and the customer service was terrible. I felt that they didn't want me around. I got mugged by the young lady that had aqua blue and greenish hair and she made me feel that i was wasting her time and i felt rushed when she was talking to me. I felt uncomfortable and to top it all off i heard the same girl laughing. With her other coworker about a few of their past customers. On thier lack of knowledge on hair products. I want to give a one star to the lady stocking today. But I gave a two because the lady at the register was sweet. I was asking the stocking lady if they carried a product and I had a picture on my phone I was trying to show her (she just so happened to be next to me. The store was empty other than someone the lady at the register was helping) and the person I was asking help from wouldn't even look up at me. And finally she says "we don't carry that stuff here." But with the most attitude. This was my first and last time ever coming to Sally's beauty supply... so disappointed. read more

This Sally's is in a rough part of town. Most of the dyes are behind the counter, which is understandable. I've had nothing but good experiences here with the workers. They're always kind and welcome me when I walk in. They make sure to ask if I need help and if I do, they do their best to help. I recently forgot what level developer I needed to dye my hair, and the girl, I believe, Dominique, helped me out and my hair turned out lovely. The only thing I don't like are the customers. Every time I come, someone is always starting something or their kids are going nuts. read more

The day I went to Sally's beauty supply I had went to five other beauty supply stores and nobody had the Teatree oil 100%. I happened to drive by Sally's called and asked them if they had the tea tree oil and they had the oil. read more

The lady at the counter was loud and not helpful at all, she was so focused on the white lady buying some weave that she couldnt give me the help I was asking for. I was in the store 5 mins before she even noticed me, then keep with the white lady all in the aisle to make sure she got what she need. Myself an African American and also a Latina lady had to search the aisle by ourselves to find our products. Right before I checked out another white lady walked in and she jumped at the chance to help her personally. Very rude and disrespectful. read more

I've went here three times and each time the customer service was just awful. Curt responses and rolled eyes annoy the shit out of me. I asked where I could find bleaching solution and what some of the products did and I just got a "it's over there on the bottom shelf, they make your hair lighter" like okay? Water is wet, and thank you for such great information. Also i once went in to ask which products would help bleach my hair completely and the woman who assisted gave me so many "required and necessary" bottles that racked up a charge of $43.95! What the hell is that, I just needed to dye my roots! I put all the items back (and got a nasty look while doing so) and stood near the nail polish to google what to buy without emptying my wallet and surprise surprise, they have a product that cost $3 that does the exact same job. Honestly that really pissed me off. I understand as a store you are trying to make a profit off of sales but overselling and basically encouraging people to let you rob them is f'ed up and immoral. I wish I could give this no stars but I guess one is sufficient since the powder actually worked. THANK YOU TO GOOGLE for actually telling me the basics, what I need, and not making snarky comments when I don't want to buy your $40+ products. read more

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. Every time I've gone into this Sally's I've always found what I needed.

Stopped here Friday night to pick up lashes for a wedding and a few other items. I had a 20% off coupon, so my total order was 37.00 with about 10 items, Karen asked me do you have a sallys card and I said yes, reach in my bag to get my wallet and it was not there, I thought maybe I left it in my car, when I told her she was irritated, I went to my car and realized I left it at home, went back into the store and told Karen that I left my wallet at home, she looked up at me and said fine, we close in 30 minutes.... I was thinking what time is it?? got back into my car at it said 8:12, I guess she is unable to tell time correctly because the store closes at 9:00pm, at this point I'm sooo irritated with her and her lack of professionalism and customer service, but I needed the lashes for Sat, I have frequented this store and have never received bad customer service. Usually Cheryl and another lady helps me. I will continue to shop there but will make sure that I ask for someone else if she is at the register... I can't stand people who are unable to provide proper customer service esp. where you work in a retail store... this may not seem that bad.... but her tone was rude and unprofessional.... read more
