The style is Vintage inspired, Bohemian with many of the items also having a Cowboy twist to them. It's just really fun to look at their clothes and costume jewelry, I have a hard time walking out empty handed. Now, it's not exactly cheap, many of their pieces are expensive, but having said that there are some items that aren't too bad price wise . Also they have a room in the back where all the items there are $25. They also have a rack in the front of the store with clothing on sale. So it is possible to get out of there without spending an arm and a leg. The quality of the clothing is good too. I was there last week and I bought some jewelry pieces I am happy with. I believe it was the owner that was there and another woman that's often there. They both are very nice. Today, July 20th, there was a nice lady there that I had not seen before, she was friendly and helpful. I can't believe I forgot her name. She let me know what it was when she set me up for a dressing room. But anyway , she was nice and helpful. Also, I think it is so cool that there is a salon in the boutique. I have never had a salon appointment there, but I think it's a neat concept having it in the boutique. To recap this is a nice boutique with most items having a vintage boho vibe with a cowboy twist. I have always been very girly, so this place appeals to me. But it's girly with an edge. I can't go to it too often because I will be tempted to buy something each time.

I went back to get the street of the other place and also to confront how i felt about being sent to another place for no reason. I am very polite & know how to communicate. But when i asked if she recommend those other places because she didn't want me in the store, or if it's the color of my skin, she said she was offended. The conversation went left quickly, and i was asked to leave. I said wow this is the type of customer service im getting & asked for her name she said it was uptown girls lol. Before i left i shared that i came out because I almost died yesterday & wanted to get my mind off things, & not to be treated like i did. But of course me always having to be the bigger person, I apologized, said have a great day, & left quietly. Some other woman budded in the conversation & claimed she was a nice person but no tf she wasn't & didnt seem genuine either. The "helper helperton" didnt help me. Marzel's 'up-sales' prescription compression garments. They change the order from an 'off the…read moreshelf' to a 'custom' garment, and do not get authorization from the physician who wrote the prescription. The custom item is several times more costly, and risks that insurance won't pay. They say that they will submit to insurance, e.g. Medicare, but fail submit correctly. Then, they say they cannot figure out how to follow up failed insurance claims. It took me nearly a year to get them to correctly submit a nearly $4000 garment claim. I had to call the dozens of times, and instruct them how to format the claim.

He immediately began the process without asking me to choose a color. I noticed he was using a black base instead of brown, so I showed him the reference photo again, multiple times. Even after that, he continued with a streaky gray base and added a few random black dots and swirls. When he was already applying the top coat, I asked if this was when the brown would be added. He looked confused. I tried to be patient and showed him the reference photo again. Instead of correcting the design properly, he just added a brown shade on top that looked more like a purple-gray tone. He never asked if I liked the result and simply kept going. After that, I moved to the chair for a basic pedicure. My friend also got the basic pedicure, but I somehow finished before she did even though she had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. The whole service felt very rushed. There was also very little communication throughout the appointment. When he finished painting my toes, he just got up and walked away without saying anything. We actually had to ask if we were done because no one told us. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The technician said he could do the design I wanted but clearly did not know how. When I asked if the nails could be fixed, they told me no and said I should have said something earlier, even though I had shown the reference photo multiple times during the process. Very disappointing experience.
