I have been coming here for years and I've always been taken care of so well. I have really full brows that are difficult to shape and they always do such a beautiful job and I get endless compliments on my eyebrows. Everyone who works there is super sweet and I've always been able to bring my daughter with me while I get my services done. I always go to a different place in Livermore. I was in the area and decided to give it a try BAD IDEA the girl is rough she's in a rush and she took of some skin from my upper lip left it extremely red. Won't be coming back EVER again Go somewhere else trust me!! Reply to your message! I actually get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded all the time. so I know when someone is doing a good or bad job! The girl you have there is very rough and she does seem like she is in a rush and is heavy handed. I only writes reviews when something happened! She needs more training or something. I go to the place on N L st and I have never had this problem. I would post a picture but that's doing too much. Just trying to help you and have you hear from YOUR costumers you're not always going to have happy costumers... I actually don't have sensitive skin my skin is good. I normally love this place. I go here every single time I need a threading for brows and every lady I've had has done an amazing job and i've always been impressed. I went yesterday 4/23/25 and I had the worst experience ever. I think she was a new hire or something because she asked me to hold my eyelid tighter around 20 times to a point my arms were shaking cause I was pulling so hard. She left hairs everywhere underneath my brows. And I left with the worst shaping with my prom being in 3 days. Please fire that lady. They also raised their prices which is understandable but just another complain to add to my list. I went back because I was so unhappy and cried from my results. I usually love this place but if you get the girl that tells you to pull tighter, ask for another girl or go somewhere else. read more

5 STARS FOR SONYA. 1 STAR FOR WHAT HAPPENED TODAY WITH THE OTHER GIRL. I went in today and Sonya wasn't there but her Sister in Law(?) was and she has done my eyebrows a few times but Sonya does a much better and phenomenal job. I went in today, the day before a really long vacation.... and she took a chunk out of my eyebrow! A CHUNK! It looks like a scar! I was in such a rush, I should have doubledchecked but I did a quick double take in the mirror and thought it looked fine. It was NOT! I'm so disappointed. I will keep going to Sonya and only Sonya. I love this place so much but I'm so upset and right before a vacation too. Omg! :/ 10/18/19: Finally saw Sonya and talked to her. I should have continued trying to reach out to her first about my complaints. I absolutely love her and this is the only time I had ever had an issue in the years I've been coming. Went in without an appointment for a first time visit. Sonya was with a client, greeted me and was with me in just few minutes. I had always had my brows waxed, as my one experience with threading was not good. Sonya took the time to explain the process to me and I decided to try again. I am happy that I did. She noticed right away that my brows were uneven and thinning at the ends. I asked her about a sign that mentioned tinting and she explained that too. Minutes later and no pain, my brows were beautifully shaped, even and natural looking. I will definitely return. I would have given 5 stars, but the cost of Tinting was double what I expected, (Sonya gave me a First Visit discount though). read more

Thanks to the girls who work here, you can walk in and get cleaned up pretty quickly. I'm amazed at the speed that the threading is performed. It's easy and doesn't actually hurt, just a little uncomfortable. I am definitely a fan. Just don't drive over at commute time, you could get stuck in traffic! read more

*Mixed Review My first time coming here and I got my brows and upper lip done and it looks good. The only thing I had to say is that call before hand to see if the $2 off check in offer is still available because when I came in the esthetician there wasn't aware of it and it made for an awkward interaction. She didn't even brush the hair off my face because I think I annoyed her for asking, but my brows look good so I can't really complain. I had to update my review to let people know that the ownership changed in early 2015. Sonia now owns this shop and she is a rock star! One of the friendliest, kindest person you will ever meet. She always does an excellent job, and is very gentle. I have extremely sensitive skin, and when I went to other threading salons it was red and bumpy for days afterwards.
