As I continued browsing, I noticed another customer walk in and be greeted right away, which made me feel the employees were picking and choosing which customers to greet. While I was shopping, a male employee named Jared (with long greasy hair) seemed to follow me around the store but didn't say hello or offer assistance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta however this visit really missed the mark in terms of basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so everyone feels equally welcome in the store. I will no longer shop at this location anymore.

I went here recently to get advice, expert recommendations and friendly service. I went in for a gift for my honey and was shown a few interesting products. I went a little crazy and bought $100 worth of exotic potions and conditioners. While I shopped, a young couple came in, immediately got much better service and attention and, after buying a few things (I think they spent about $30) got a handful of free samples. When I checked out, I received no free samples and, despite knowing that I was buying gifts, they didn't offer gift wrapping or a gift bag. Hmmmm? Not sure why... These folks have lots of nice products, but they sell stuff at list price. I can save money by going elsewhere so when I shop in a high end shop, I expect the service to compensate for the higher prices. I'm disappointed that these folks miss that point. I'll probably stop back for a quick gift if I get desperate but I'm not going to become a regular unless the staff gets with the program. Recommended? You make the call...

On my recent visit, I was browsing normally, wearing casual attire and not a single employee greeted me at the entrance. After awhile in the store, multiple employees started approaching me repeatedly to ask if I needed help. I politely declined however they continued to stand near me and watch me closely while I shopped. Anywhere I went in the store, the employees would follow me and watch me as I browsed the products on the shelf. It was very very uncomfortable. Like this is totally unnecessary and invasive. I noticed the employees did not behave like this towards other customers in the store. Perhaps they targeted me because of being a person of color while the other customers were not. Because of these repeated experiences, I no longer feel comfortable entering this store. I will avoid this location altogether and won't ever come back. Racial profiling is unacceptable, especially at a brand that promotes inclusivity. I hope Sephora takes this seriously and trains their staff properly to treat all customers with respect.

The technician who worked on me completely changed the shape of the two broken nails, but didn't bother to match them to the rest of my nails. When I asked if she could fix the rest so everything looked even, she was dismissive and said she didn't know how much it would cost and that it might ruin the polish--yet the shape was already ruined. There was a clear lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Instead of listening to my request or offering a solution, she made the situation worse. I was charged $16 for a fix that didn't meet my expectations or the basic standard of matching nail shapes. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Dr. Sami is very knowledgeable and friendly and you can ask him any questions if you need more clarity. However, the office staff performance has been lacking lately. For example, when I had to reschedule my most recent cleaning, I was told that the dental hygenist who does my cleaning would be available and when I showed up, I was told she was not in the office as it was her day off. The person rescheduling my appointment dropped the ball. Finally, my most recent experience with my daughter's visit was definitely an unpleasant experience as it was an "optional" procedure and when I asked if would be "hundreds of dollars" I was told "no" by the billing manager. Unfortunately for me, when it came time to pay the bill, it was nearly $500. When I asked the billing manager why the discrepancy, she said it was because the quoted price was "per tooth". Shame on me for not asking a detailed follow-up question before scheduling the appointment but also shame on the billing manager for not clarifying her answer as she knew from my original question that I was not looking for a bill in the "hundreds of dollars". I've learned my lesson but will be very wary of any price quotes for optional services going forward.

Keep in mind, I have gotten this treatment four times in the past and used that same shampoo and conditioner and been completely fine and had it last for months. I tried to reach out to come to a resolution and I felt dismissed and talked down to by Teri. Very disappointing experience both with my hair and with the customer service.
