I mentioned a concern that my mother wouldn't like it and I EXPLICITLY asked them if I would be able to return the perfume if my mother didn't like it and it was opened. The saleswoman said that I would be able to return it, even if it was opened. She even went as far as to say I could return it to any of the stores in the chain, not just that store. Then, before purchasing, I asked AGAIN just to confirm and she assured me once more that returning an opened perfume was possible. My mom didn't like the perfume, it was sickly sweet and gave her a headache (Acqua di Parisis for anyone wondering). When I tried to return it, the person at the counter said that I wouldn't be able to. I asked why the salesperson said I could when I bought it and all they did was look at me and shrug. Honestly such a disgusting sales tactic (if you could even call it that). It's a shame because the store has so much potential with the sales they have and the variety they offer but it is ruined by the unethical practices of the company. Save your money! I would suggest only coming here to smell samples and then buying them from the perfume retailer themselves.

After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.
