She was also incredibly friendly and personable. When she was finished, my brows looked AMAZING. I don't think anyone has ever done such a good job. I was recently in town for a friend's wedding and received a manicure and pedicure at Deluxe. Within two days, I had an infection develop on my thumb where the side of my thumb nail meets my thumb- presumably from the tech's cuticle cutting work. I was able to treat it at home, but it was painful for a few days. Additionally, I noticed only after a few days that there was dark discoloration at the base of my large toenails/cuticle areas. After removing the nail polish, I've discovered large bruises underneath both of my big toe nails. This has never happened to me before. Lastly, when I went to use the on-site ATM to pay for my services with cash, I was automatically prompted to view my account balance and after I navigated through that screen, I was forced to reinsert my card and only then was able to take out cash. This resulted in an additional $3 fee from the ATM - so to simply use their ATM, I was charged $6 in fees. I would have just rather paid with my card! I am not from the area, but ultimately, I really felt I had to share my experiences, as I was not satisfied. The salon is beautifully renovated and able to serve a large quantity of clients, but I hope they read this review and take this feedback to make the experience better for others.

This I did not notice until they started coming off. They were wonky after just 2 days and I had to get them removed 5 days after getting them done to avoid my natural lashes getting completely ruined...
