My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. I was told there would be no refund and no additional product was offered to correct the issue.
