Worst customer service ever. In October the owner charged me twice ($318 instead of $159)I spoke with her and she said she would look into it. In November there was still no resolution so I cancelled my membership in person at their studio. In January she double charged me again (again $318 instead of $159). She yelled and screamed over me when I called to inquire claiming I never cancelled despite having a copy of the form and a text from her confirming she had the form. Save yourself the trouble and do not visit this location. She will fraudulently charge your card and wont allow you to cancel even when following their membership terms. If I could give a zero star I would... long story short. I wouldn't be writing this review if they had just stopped calling, bothering and emailing me. But they forced my hand. I found their technician super dramatic and super rude. The reason I am writing this is to express how I rude the staff is. I went in a couple months ago for lashes and due to the damage from my past lash aesthetician , their technician , Tara, told me she did not feel comfortable proceeding. I understood and decided to take a break for a while. To be fair, my lashes were heavily damaged and I understood why she was uncomfortable proceeding . But the way she handled it was classless. She made a big deal out of it as if I was dying and rudely ended the session to get on the phone with her boss acting like it's the end of the world. There's a way to do things and the way she did it was straight up rude. Claiming she's "never seen something like this before ", making faces and making a way bigger deal out of it than what was needed. I chalked it up as an oh well and found another technician who is helping me grow my lashes back and had the proper experience to help me. No problem. Then the owner calls me a month later asking me to come back in and I said NO thank you and I found someone else and to pls stop calling. After I made this clear they emailed me again asking and on top of that , the technician who declined to help me called me. Wow! STOP CALLING and checking back in. I found a great lash girl who has seen disasters and is helping me grow my lashes back. I felt this place was over all rude and Tara had terrible bedside manner. Do not use them. Luckily they had a last minute cancellation and were able to get me in. I ended up joining there affordable membership as well to keep up with my fills. Love the staff and super clean. I tried amazing lash studio for the first time and I will definitely be back! I was immediately impressed with the level of cleanliness as soon as I arrived. I was greet and checked in immediately. Gwen was my lash tech and she was AMAZING!!! I was super nervous because I have had bad experiences at other lash salons. Gwen took time to listen to my concerns and to understand exactly what I wanted. Gwen exceeded my expectations!! My lashes have never looked better! Let me begin by saying that I have been to Lash Spas all around NY and NJ. I have finally found my spot. Demi is my technician and she is beyond amazing. By far, one of the best experiences I have had in a while. Their customer service was on point and they were genuinely honest about what would look nice on me and what they do not recommend. Most places just fill up their appointment slots and are just trying to make money. Also, they were clean and professional. I cannot stand dirty establishments. I have had other lash technicians from this studio work on my lashes and I was not happy, but I still decided to give them a couple more chances since they are brand new... the lash technicians learn by experience (like everyone else in which ever career that she or he has). I only see Ana! She's not only good with lashes but she also has a awesome personality. She is really good with feedback if you want something added or adjusted with your lashes. This was my first time getting my lashes done and this studio came highly recommended to me by a few friends. I can honestly say - they did not disappoint! The studio was immaculately clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had going into my appointment. Love this place! They just opened up right by my job so I went in to see what it was all about. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating, and they were really helpful in making recommendations and being honest about what products and maintenance timeline I needed for my new lashes. Gauri did a phenomenal job, she was so patient and careful and the experience wasn't at all uncomfortable with her. I was unsure of what I wanted but she was awesome at explaining wwould work with my current lash length and density, she really made me feel like I could trust her to glue my eyes lol. I was so nervous about anything near my eyes. It took me a while to finally have the guts to make an appointment. The owner was very warm, informative and welcoming. He put all my anxieties at ease by answering all my questions (I had a million). My stylist, Dee, was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I had an appointment at 11:30 to fill out paperwork with the last time of 12 PM. I walked in at 11:37 and the girl told me she canceled my appointment. When I said it was unfair and most places give a 10 minute waiting. And that I could fill out the paperwork very quickly she looked at me dumbfounded. I explain to the girl that we are leaving tomorrow for a trip to Florida and she said it's their policy not to give Lashes to anyone who's going to Florida because of the culture shock. WTF? I've been getting my lashes done for years. I recently moved to the area and needed a new place to continue getting my fills. I have heard positive things about "amazing lash studio" as a brand and thought I'd give it a shot. When I called to make the appointment the manager was very thorough and answered every question I had about the membership program and what I should expect. I've been going to Amazing Lash in Marlboro for about 6 months. I started out with Ana. She was GREAT! I had another tech the 2nd time I went & lashed were all off in less than a week. For some unknown reason Amazing Lash let Ana go :( I was given another tech last week and the results were terrible. She told me she'd put as many lashes on as she could in an hour...WHAT??? I left with gaps in my lashes. The young woman at the counter asked if I needed to book my next appointment & I said no, not with her. She saw that my lashes looked awful & offered no solution. At work the next day my co-worker said "what happened to your lashes, half of them are missing?" I have that contract with Amazing Lash...unfortunately. Any recommendations from anyone? read more

I've been to 3 other studios in the Monmouth county area , no studio has accommodated my needs like this one. The staff is amazing. I've been a member for 3 months and have been nothing but pleased. I've seen 4 different stylist and all of them have done amazing work. I would def recommend getting 6d volume. read more

This place gets no stars I had no choice to click a star it won't post with out clicking at least one star !!!!This place is a joke !!!!! The girl that answers the phone is a complete programmed robot she repeats herself and has no personal customer service , I call to make an appointment , they are not accommodating with time at all or days but they stress several times not to bring your children NO CHILDREN POLICY!!! But yet cant give me any times or days when my kids are in school , we finally agree on a time I go in and she has to remove my 5 old lingering lashes that takes 30 mins i paid 40$ for that service , I rebook for a few days later to put lashes on new set I'm there 2 hrs and she still was not finished I had to leave eyes were not even and they were itchy they make me an appt for the following week at 915am and call the day before to tell me they moved my appt to 11 am with a top stylist and want to charge me 90$ for a touch up are they serious, that my original stylist is no longer employeed there and I was a model for a new stylist .. I mean are they serious ?!?! They don't tell me I'm a model with new stylist and charge for 165$ for that service plus 40$ to remove , they put the owner on the phone who barely speaks English sounded like they grabbed him off the street to take this call .. and after all this they still couldn't wouldn't help me with time , money or day... I will never return to this place or any other lash studio .. and I suggest nobody go here .. I'm disgusted and disappointed read more
