All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

This lamp was NOT new at all. As soon as I got home to use it I had noticed there was many markings and damage to the so called "new"lamp. No big deal, I said okay it's fine as long as it works right. But then I noticed some of the lights were dead! I came to this realization bc my thumbs were not curing properly. I reviewed my receipt and noticed it stated something along the lines of " no refunds or returns due to SANITARY reasons." Yet they gladly sold to a loyal customer a used up nail lamp. I of course went back to explain to same exact man the situation. He insisted that it was "new"he even tried selling me more lamps and a blinged out one for extra $10 like????? He showed me multiple and I was really considering stillllllll switching it out but when I would carefully inspect the lamp, EVERY SINGLE ONE had at least one or two dead lights! He was pushing so hard for me to take one as I kept on explaining literally over and over that they all aren't even working properly. During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". Dr P left large gashes in his surgical cuts where i could fit my finger in them. I wish I could post the pictures but this post would probably get taken down. I was told to wait a year for results to get better. I did and it did not look better! Just lots of gaping scars. They said they would fix the problems then when i finally saw the doctor said he refused to fix anything and that he never promised anything. They probably hoped that after a year I would just give up. You do NOT get what you pay for in this place but if you have money to burn go for it! I think the Dr may have been good at what he does at one time but he probably needs to retire at this point. I wish I had a good experience here but I did not. Good luck! Update to respond to Athenix's response: I have had other comsmetic procedures done before by other doctors and have never had any issues nor any horrendous scars as a result. Yes, everyone heals differently, however, Dr P's surgical cuts were by far the widest cuts I've experienced for same procedure I've had done in the past by other doctors. There is also no excuse for his poor bedside manner. Promising me any post-op issues would be addressed then gaslighting me and saying he never told me that (which was a major factor for me going forward with the procedure) is just unethical and unacceptable. He's not an honest Dr and not someone I would ever recommend!
