Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. I don't have one of your cards. 1.559.325.7544 is the number I left my voicemail to you. It's the one you list on your website. You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? I liked her right from the start and was very curious about getting a facial. So today was my first visit and wow I am super impressed!! My skin looks and feels amazing and I'm super happy! She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness! She is on point!! 2nd location and parking. Location is not in my normal Clovis area, but..... not everything has to be in Clovis! Lol I've been missing out! I'd much rather have a doctor who is confident and precise than overly focused on being personable. I'll also be getting my implants done with him, and I'm extremely excited, I truly believe he'll do a remarkable job. Those negative Yelp reviews honestly missed out.
