Sara asked me to provide her proof via seeing the order. At all times she handled herself professionally, calmly and provided education to my mom in a phone call to where she needed to do that. Then we shop around for on sale snacks, seasonal stuff or clothes. Kids clothes packs like the swim stuff and Burt's bees pajamas are the best for kids. Oh and the licensed clothes too. They have become super fast at checkout too. They help by scanning your card then the items, and when you get to register (either self checkout or otherwise) they or you scan your card and it loads the cart. It's great and so efficient. My favorite trick has always been adding food court items in line! Then you pick up at window with receipt. Sometimes it gets super crowded and the parking lot is always a hot mess. But I don't think I could say no to a membership. lol

Nostrom Rack had plenty of men's pajamas to choose from at a discounted price compared to the regular price. And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Overall I had an excellent customer service experience at Nordstrom rack. I definitely would be turning in the future.

They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!
