The color I originally chose was not available, so they switched me to another color without having the right chrome powder to achieve the look I wanted. During the pedicure, my big toe was cut and started bleeding, and the technician seemed very distracted and inconsistent - she did not do the same steps on each foot and leg, and I had to point out that one foot had not even been filed like the other. On top of that, I was never asked which pedicure package I wanted. Last time I was there, I got the basic pedicure, but this time I was charged $70 without anyone confirming an upgrade or explaining the price beforehand. It is not fair that I was charged seventy dollars and walked away with nothing I originally went in for - not the color I chose, not the chrome effect I requested, and a bleeding big toe instead. For what they charge, this level of service is not acceptable. I will not be returning and would caution others to confirm prices and services clearly before they start, and to speak up immediately if something doesn't feel right.
