I scheduled an appointment for 11 o'clock I arrived at 10:50 it wasn't until 1110 that somebody even greeted me they took me back at 11:30 I paid $80 for a fill and 6 Decorated nails I think it was supposed to be $5 for every decorated nail And $40 for fill. Cant say enough about Irina! i went to her for years and then decided to give my nails a break for a little bit! Long story short, a few of my friends wanted to have a spur of the moment nail day! I knew irina wouldnt have an opening with such short notice, let alone 3 openings so i went somewhere else. BIG MISTAKE, my nails were horrible! i called irina after hours almost in tears and she got me and my friend in within a few days! not to mention, her working late to make sure we were helped! Soo I had been going to 7 sky since ah was in the west end && let's just say that's when I loved them! AMANDA is nothing short of amazing. But the stylists talk shit on Facebook about their clients. You have to book WEEKS OUT && seriously who can always do that. Last few times i had gone my nails were nothing short of unsatisfactory and Irina was nothing short of annoyed to fix them. I went here only one time. I walked in and sat down then I waited 5 minutes before anybody even said anything to me. My appointment was at 4 they didn't start on me until 4:45. That's not good for a first impression. The girl wasn't happy that I was there she seemed like she was in a rush she was talking to the other girls and on her bluetooth while she was working on me I felt totally ignored. Then I made an appointment online for a fill in and 1 hour before my appointment she just cancelled it through email no call nothing.Its a good thing I wasn't in my way She didn't say she was sorry or anything she was totally rude I will never go there again. I will admit that their work and their art is really good maybe it was just that one time that I went there maybe I just went on a bad day. This place is amazing! I drive almost two hours to get my nails done here. Everyone there is polite and listen to what you want. You can bring in any picture and they can create it for you! You pay for what you get and its worth it. I don't go anywhere else to get my nails done! One thing you will have to make an appointment! You may be lucky and get a walk in but that's rare, they stay busy because they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend coming here! read more

I really used to enjoy coming to 7 sky.. but my last visit was unsatisfactory. I made my appointment in advanced through their website. When I arrive Irina was ready to begin, but I had to use the restroom first. I'm guessing she took that as a time to take a break.. because she didn't start my nails for another 10 minutes after I came out of the restroom. Once Irina filled in my gel, she took another break for 10 minutes more & was eating in the back. She had her intern help me pick out what color I wanted while she took yet another break to go outside with the stylist. While I was still not finished Irina and her coworkers/friends went into the back room to take shots to celebrate her birthday. My original appointment in Jan 2020 was cancelled because they lost a few nail techs so I had to reschedule, I called and spoke with Irina and she recommended I re-book with Nicole so I did... bad idea! My nails turned out so sloppy, I asked for short coffin nails and got short sloppy nails, don't even know what shape they were. Then I had to go back to get the polish fixed because it was so streaky and uneven, Irina was not too happy about having to fix it. For the price I paid, Nicole should not be doing nails! She said she's been doing nails for a year now, part time! She def needs to practice more and charge less for the results you get with her. read more

So my first time going here a couple weeks ago and it was great! Everyone was really nice and did beautiful nails. Except I got Judy and everyone already said not to book her however I wanted to give her a try because she was the only one available. They looked good the first day, well almost all of them she missed the sides of my thumbs with the paint. Now she had the shape right which I did love and even though it wasn't the design I showed her she did a great design. Unfortunately halfway through the week my nails started breaking. 5 nails broken total before I just clippped the rest down. I could also feel how loose my nails were I could literally snap them all off if I wanted to. She also likes to be on her phone and talk to her friends more than focus on her clients. I recommend this place because I've seen other people's work from my friends going but just don't go to Judy no matter what. If there isn't anyone else available just wait longer for an opening. I have a few words of advice. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner is a liar and completely incompetent. My 1 year old son is a better hairdresser than her! She completely ruined my scalp and hair to the point where I had open weeping sores covering 80% of my scalp and my hair was breaking off so bad that I had to have it cut from shoulder length to chin length. I filed a complaint with the BBB and she lied! She said that she never touched my hair! I have never met anyone quite so intent on ruining their new businesses credibility. Nor have a ever met someone deliver such poor customer service in all my life. I have solid proof that I was there and that she did my hair. My next step is court. Seriously.
