I had to sign a form and then I was taken to the room for the facial. I was informed that it was a medispa. I must admit it was a different experience from what I am use to. I didn't have to remove any clothing from waist up and put on a robe. I sat in a seat that was reclined back. I requested the signature facial. My face was cleansed. I had a few extractions in the nose area only, a hydration mask, some product was applied to my face and then I was done. It took about 30mins. I did receive a compliment when I left that my skin looked good. Although I didn't receive the shoulder/neck massage that I am Use to, I will try this location again. Especially if the results are noticiable.

I went to Dr Hughes several years ago for bags under my eyes. The first time I went to her she…read moresuggested a conjugated blepharoplasty with skin pinches on both eyes and have me an estimate. My father passed away shortly after and I waited a year to come back and get the surgery. When I returned I received a different recommendation of fat transfer. I asked several times how fat transfer was going to help with bags under my eyes and they kept assuring me I would get the results I wanted. My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I'm not wealthy and this surgery was an investment for me towards the longevity of my career in entertainment and it was an EPIC fail.
