Their products are handmade, plant-based, biodegradable, PH Balanced and made right here in Philly. Their website is always open for orders if you're not in the area. I've had items shipped to me in Virginia. The shipping rates are reasonable and they ship pretty fast. The website is updated well, and seems to always be current. The photos are great as well, very aesthetically pleasing. The products themselves smell great and are great quality. I love the bath salts, body wash, candles and soaps. To be honest I love it all. As Russ mentioned, the piles and piles of perfume boxes make it very difficult to find what you are looking for. However, if you are looking for a discontinued fragrance or a better deal than you would find at a department store, this might make for a good option. Also, you won't be able to get the stench of perfume out of your clothing for days.

The banner by the store said that they had some 30% deal going on, store was empty, and had two associates on staff. When I came in, they were loudly discussing how someone said something to them and how they were upset ( the usual "she said he said"...). I went to one of the make up stands to see what eye shadow it had. The samples had VISIBLE DUST AND HAIR IN THEM. I went around to more stands, looked at skin care stuff too. Really wished one of them would break from their drama & help me, but no. No other person walked in, I was the only one, but none of them paid any attention. They also never told me about that 30% deal. I came in here before on two occasions & there was this one associate, cute blond young girl, who would always help me. And I bought multiple things both times! And because of her recommendations I made a third purchase online. But this time she wasn't there, and those other associates didn't help me, and I really needed help picking eyeshadows. So I walked out without a purchase. I will not be back!

I wanted an actual in person opinion before dropping that kind of money. I asked an associate about a few options, told her what I've used before, what I was looking for, just trying to give context. It was busy, so I get that it's hectic. But she was clearly over it. Eyes glazing over, super short responses, that vibe where someone is already tired of you and you just started talking. She basically pointed at one product and kind of brushed me off. The frustrating part is I was already leaning toward that exact serum. I just wanted confirmation or a little insight. Instead I felt like I was inconveniencing her for asking basic questions in a store that literally sells beauty advice as part of the experience. Sephora is already pricey, so the whole reason I went in instead of ordering online was for guidance. If I'm going to get treated like that, I might as well just click buy from home next time. Cashiers were nice though. So at least checkout didn't feel awkward.

My best friend and I booked the Eau de Parfum experience at…read moreLoomen Labs. We bought the sample package which included perfume making for 1 hour and 30 mins and three 10ml samples. The doors won't open until 5 minutes before your reservation time so I stood outside the entrance and waited until the doors were unlocked. Overall, the experience was fine but I felt like I wasn't given enough attention because there were larger parties/others who purchased the more expensive deluxe package at our reservation. My friend was running a bit behind due to an accident on 95. Loomen Labs has a grace period of 10 minutes. The woman working there said after 10 minutes it would be considered a reschedule. My friend arrived after 10 minutes and the employee said I would have to catch her up to speed on everything on my own. Again, I totally didn't mind doing this. Towards the end, it felt like the experience was rushed. The woman working there was not enthusiastic about anything and answered questions with a slight attitude. I could feel the energy shifting as the night went on. After I got my perfume alcohol mixed in with my preferred scents, I filled up the 10ml sample bottles. It turned out to be enough perfume to fill only two and a half. The third one was only halfway full. Not sure where I went wrong with that. The interior is tiny and the tables are not that far apart so that's something to consider if you book on a busier day with other guests present.
