One thing that has especially impressed me is the consistency of the care. When my longtime dermatologist, Dr. Byrne, went on leave, I was naturally a little concerned about seeing someone new. But when Dr. Holmes came in, she was every bit as professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough as Dr. Byrne. The entire staff deserves recognition. From the receptionists to the medical assistants to the physicians, everyone is welcoming, courteous, and genuinely caring. The office is spotless, well organized, and runs efficiently. It is not often you can say that a visit to the dermatologist is enjoyable, but that is exactly how I feel about Ringpfeil Advanced Dermatology. She had me try the two products she said worked very well redness and I wound up buying them both - a lightweight moisturizer and a skin soothing mist. I'm new to Korean beauty but I'm really impressed with these two products already (it's only been 2 days!) The moisturizer feels incredible and I've definitely noticed a slight improvement in my redness. The spray was a godsend all weekend on my sunburn and smells so good! The ladies in the pink jumpsuits were very friendly and quick to offer recommendations and advice if you ask. My only two critiques: 1. The area right by the front door got very crowded. If you walk a little bit further in towards the back, there were much fewer people with the same exact products to play around with. 2. Some of the samplers needed to be thrown out (dried up, nothing on the bottom). I liked that they had a lot of swabs, makeup remover, and hand sanitizer on hand, but that doesn't really help if the sampler product is useless. They're running a promo now where if you spend over a certain amount, you get a free pink mug!

I had never heard of Blue Mercury and being a dedicated Sephora/Ulta girl I was curious too see how they stacked up. The store is very nicely laid out, the products beautifully displayed and the associate I talked to was quite friendly. I could see immediate differences that set Blue Mercury apart. First where as all of them have makeup brand reps that will do brows, lashes and make overs at their counters and just as Ulta has a full on hair salon, BM has a spa which is definitely cool. Also, BM is stocking brands you can only find in better department stores like Nordstrom and Saks. Brands like Tocca, Aerin, Claus, etc. And last, they have an amazing variety of candles and fragrance diffusers for your home.
