The product originally came in boxes but in shipping some of the product leaked and all the boxes were ruined. They replaced some of the damaged product and my rep at the time took it. They are saying all this product I owe them because the damaged products weren't returned? So basically they have stolen all my product and refuse to give it back! Beware!!!!!

So I was told it was exchange only. During this exchange, the woman was SO SNARKY! All because I asked for a refund, and mentioning i don't use products sold my SS due to how difficult of a drive it is for me to get here. I waited a few, and decided surely there is something I could use, so I looked online and discovered the Dyson Original was on sale for $399, so i called to confirm that was an acceptable exchange and they had it in stock. She told me yes, they have it and they will hold at the front counter with my name on it. I drove 45 minutes for a bait and switch! I get there, and she told me they don't have it, but they have the $500 one, so no worries! But I dont have the difference, so yeah, that won't work. She threw her hands up and said "well I called you, so I did my job". No mam, I have no missed calls or voicemails. I walked around for about 10 minutes, and had someone else follow and watch me the entire time. I felt harassed at this point, so I walked up to the front cou ter, grabbed my box, and left. I called the Beaverton location, explained the entire situation, and she told me if the products inside were untouched, she is more than happy to give me a full refund, even though i purchased at a different location.

I was buying a gift and asked the women working a lot of questions and she was nice enough to answer all of them and point me in the right direction. She also wrapped it very nicely for me. A lot of the things here are pricy but if you look you can find some less expensive products.

In addition to Jen skin care products, there are so many other products that make perfect gifts for a loved or yourself! She carries jewelry, candles, scarves, clothing, some shoes, artwork, etc. etc.! I really love the mirrors by Vikki DeGaa that are made out of wine bottle foils. What a beautifully creative way to re-purpose something that would normally be tossed in the trash. The folks working were AMAZING! They were kind, encouraging, and attentive without feeling pushy. Eloisa was especially magical, helping my friend feel comfortable and seen. This was the second time I returned to do my lashes and repair broken nails…read more The first time I came, there was an unbelievable amount of gel on the bottom of my nails, which made my nails, terribly painful and uncomfortable. They didn't take the drill out or smooth it or anything just very sloppy very rough very aggressive. Because of the remodel, I was not able to get my scheduled fill for lashes I had discussed with management that when they would open that I would get my fill at a discounted rate or if needed a full set at a discounted rate. It seemed like today there was confusion and well I was given an eyelash technician. SHe was very aggressive very rough highly inappropriate she snatched the fan out of my hand after I told her that my eyes were sensitive and she responded by saying no your eyes are not sensitive She said your eyes aren't even watering. I said, excuse me, but these are my eyes and they're sensitive and she got glue in my eyes. She poked my eyes, and I had also heard her speaking about me in Vietnamese mixed with English. At this point, I was uncomfortable and asked her if she could complete it because I wanted to leave. I sat there for about an hour, listening to her talk badly about me in my face. She spoke badly about my skin. She spoke badly about my eyelashes, and she even spoke badly about my ethnicity. I expressed how uncomfortable I was an only paid because I was very upset and wanted to get out of there immediately because my eyes were in pain. I mean, they are dry. I have reached out and haven't heard anything back in response and I plan on contacting the board of cosmetology and I plan on getting a full refund but Hay if you want to go and get your nails done there is a guy and he actually repaired my nails really well in there, but everybody else is really rushed really rude. Also if you want to spend a lot of money and listen to people speak badly about you in Vietnamese because it's their establishment then go right on ahead but I'm licensed in and there's nowhere where it says you can't speak in your native tongue but why would you speak badly about paying customers?
