I went in 20 minutes before they closed just hoping to take a quick peek at the floor models they carried. I came in VERY overwhelmed after about 48 hours of researching too many options. One of the sales clerks (I didn't catch her name) immediately asked if I had questions and started to show me the one model I had been most interested in. She asked some thoughtful questions and ended up showing me a couple different options and even mentioned some upcoming models that aren't released yet that would be better suited for what I was looking for. I literally didn't buy anything and was there for maybe 10 minutes but had such a positive interaction and left feeling so much less confused and overwhelmed. I've been to several local baby stores, and this one easily stands out as the best. The store is bright, welcoming, and well-organized. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We came specifically to check out strollers because we were overwhelmed with online reviews and needed to see them in person. The team here was amazing -- they patiently walked us through each option and gave clear demonstrations. What really stood out was that they allowed us to take the strollers outside for a real test run, complete with a demo baby. All we had to do was provide our IDs. This made a huge difference since testing a stroller on the sidewalk feels totally different than just pushing it around indoors. They have a great selection of strollers and car seats. Wonderful little baby store, with adorably curated clothing. Got my grandson-to-be a darling little trucker hat that says "Dude" and a onesie with a jackalope print. What's not to love? As someone who despises big box stores with every option available especially junk options, I feel Posh Baby is an awesome store if you have a little one on the way or have one already. Sometimes I wish I had another baby so I could keep shopping here. I love the selection of goods and the staff are very eager to help with all the information one could need. I remember shopping here with my little guy on the way and thinking I had all my gear picked out before going to see all the stuff in-person. But when I got there and received information and was shown other options I ended up with gear that best fit what I needed. This place is the best baby shop in town! I came in ready to purchase a Snoo and a high end stroller when upon entry I was approached by the front desk girl. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will NEVER be back to support this small business. We were warned previously of their customer service and were told to not to purchase our baby products here due to friends having problems with returns/exchanges. My mom and I went and purchased the Nuna Demi Grow stroller in July after excitement of finding out I was pregnant. My baby isn't due until January so we've kept the stroller in the box unopened. We called in because Nuna released a new updated version of our stroller and their employee said if it unopened bring it in and we can do the exchange. Minutes later they called and took it all back saying they won't take it back and the manager said her employee spoke out of pocket. At least honor what your staff tell your customers! Had we shopped at Nordstrom like originally advised this wouldn't even be an issue. I always try to support small business but this goes to prove you get better customer service at Department Stores. BE ADVISED! If you're looking for stellar customer service for a lifetime THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP! They have a great selection of high end baby items like cribs, strollers, car seats, rocking chairs, toys, books, blankets, bottles, dishes, and fantastic clothing and accessories. I love that Posh Baby carries many organic cotton brands. My little ones have sensitive skin, and soft breathable cotton clothing makes a big difference. We have come to love some brands that we've only found here like Loved Baby Organic Cotton, and Paige Lauren. They also have a good selection of Tea Collection, a great deal more than Nordstrom carries. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgable. I have had such wonderful experiences shopping here! I purchased a stroller in Nov. 2019 and before deciding to buy it, we were able to take the floor model outside for a spin, and were even able to try folding it up and putting it in our trunk, to make sure it'd fit. They even had these weighted sacks to put in the stroller, to stimulate baby weight while pushing it around. Super helpful! We tested it out several months before deciding to buy it, and we felt zero pressure from the staff the day we tested it. We appreciated that so much, and it led us to ultimately buy it there, and we've been so happy to continue to support them since! Our recent car seat purchase was phenomenal. I bought convertible car seats online for our twins, to pick up in store. I made an appointment to have them installed (included in the purchase) and it was so smooth. I told her where I wanted the seats installed, and when she was almost done with the second one, I panicked, because I realized the second seat location wasn't going to work for us. She was so kind and patient with me, and talked me through my concerns. Once we figured out that it needed to move one seat over, she happily switched it for me, and even said if I decided later that I wanted them rearranged and wanted her help, I could just come back and she'd do it for me. You won't regret buying from Posh Baby! The Covid safety at the store was great too. read more
