if you're a white person, you'll probably have a better experience here than any poc…read more visited here recently after having them on my radar for awhile, and the it was a unique experience, love the concept, but customer experience wasn't the best. i came in first to an empty store and i was the only customer, then shortly after, a white couple came in. i felt like the shop keeper immediately stopped helping me and diverted all her attention to the couple, mainly focusing on them. she helped them until they had made a purchase and left the store until she went back to helping me (which took awhile, and i felt very neglected). i left with some samples but they're the vial kind without the ability to spray. maybe i should've asked, but i wish they could have warned me before i paid for them. now that i have them, i can't twist the caps off. also reading reviews about how some people received free samples on their first visit but i didn't rubs me the wrong way. possible discrimination maybe? when i called the store to ask if i can bring the vials back and have them help me transfer to a couple atomizers i have at home, they said no. not the best interaction so far. now i have 4 samples i paid for at $6/$8 each that i can't even use. marie-marie downtown gives spray samples and i've always been treated fairly there.

My visit was at least 30 minutes and I just kept falling more and more in love with the scents. Today I purchased a Face and Body Serum with yummy scents of rose geranium, lavender, frankincense, sage and other botanicals. After sampling, I loved the way it made my skin feel and the scent. I'm in a pool 2 hours a day so I need a serum that replenishes moisture and provides a scent that masks the chlorine! Since we are all washing our hands several times a day, I picked up their scented, moisturizing sanitizer. The small spray bottle fits easily in my purse so I can use it in the go. Not only did it my hands germ free, it moisturized and left them smelling divine! In addition to the lotions, soaps, bath bombs, candles and such, they also have a small but beautiful selection of indoor houseplants, a few gorgeous throws weaved from natural fibers, books and tarot cards, and even some clothing. The collection of dusters made from recycled kimonos we're stunning and that make a statement anytime you wore one. Artsy and fun! I'm still debating getting one. Everything in the store has been made or curated from women owned businesses; items chosen to inspire one to live their best life, to take care of your body, heart and soul - total wellness. I use the French Lilac perfume (twenty-two bucks per bottle -- very strong and cheap) to scent my linen closet, and it simply couldn't work better! I first discovered Pacifica at a boutique in Carlsbad. My love started with their roll on perfumes , sprays and candles in exotic scents. Later, they added body, hair and make up lines that are unmatched in the natural, vegan, and no animal testing world. I have never found a product that didn't do what it should do nor have I found a line with better scents or selection! The price point is good, so you can get more of what you love. You can find the line local at Sprouts, Target and Ulta. Target has been expanding the brand and sometimes you can earn a $5 gift card with a purchase of two items. Ulta has an arrangement for some exclusive items in which you may only purchase there. The promotions to buy one get one 50% off are the best. With natural aromas of cherries, pineapple, watermelon (only a few if my favorites). It makes washing, bathing and shopping more fun! My most recent purchase is the gem infused crystal line.
