I learned so much about swirls, different techniques, and methods for creating beautiful handcrafted soaps. What keeps bringing me back isn't just the wonderful atmosphere, but the staff as well. Everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching their craft. I especially appreciate that they teach you the right way--no shortcuts, with safety always coming first. They provide everything you need, guide you through the entire process, and by the end of class you walk away with your very own full loaf of handmade soap, ready to be cut into individual bars once it's cured. Such a fun, hands-on experience, and I always leave feeling like I've learned something new. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make soap, I highly recommend taking a class here.

Exchanges Within 5 days." Mine was not discontinued, rare, or used -- still sealed in cellophane. I came back same day, same hour and was refused any refund By their own printed policy I should have been allowed a refund $100 for a $27 perfume and no refund same-day is bad business. If it clearly states no refund if it's used/discontinued/rare and my item was none of those, why couldn't I get a refund or even an exchange within your own 5-day policy? When I spoke to the owners over the phone, they were very rude to me would not give me their name and hung up on me Shout out to Mia at the counter -- she was amazing and friendly.
