Mayra is at the front desk and has been the sweetest, most helpful person for setting up appointments and just to chat with. She's so incredibly down to earth and friendly. She also has great recommendations for products! The medical assistant Yoseli has helped me every time to get comfortable in the treatment room and has asked me about all my concerns with compassion and patience. She has a great smile that would brighten anyone's day! I have been helped by almost everyone here, and every single person has been awesome. I came one day for a Diamond Glow facial and was helped by Vanessa. She's so kind, and really takes the time to help you figure out what your concerns are and how to accomplish your goals. The facial was so relaxing, and she makes the environment calming and safe, I almost fell asleep! For all of my actives and injections, I see Jessica. Jessica will forever be my go-to person. Since she's a nurse practitioner, not only does she have the knowledge about everything skin related and medical, but she has that compassion that is ingrained in all nurses. She has transformed me, it is absolutely shocking the difference she has made in me. Not only has she helped me achieve my skin goals, but she has also helped instill in me the confidence that I have been chasing for years in myself. Every single person here has helped transform me into the most beautiful version of myself, and I am forever grateful to all of the staff here. It actually wasn't until I wrote this review when I saw my before and after pictures that I really saw what a difference the products and care have done for me. I have been through it. Hair loss, hyperpigmentation, skin redness, wrinkles, irritation... you name it. It's been a rollercoaster, and all of them have been with me through the entire process, guiding me and reassuring me the entire way.
