While I shopped, a young couple came in, immediately got much better service and attention and, after buying a few things (I think they spent about $30) got a handful of free samples. When I checked out, I received no free samples and, despite knowing that I was buying gifts, they didn't offer gift wrapping or a gift bag. Hmmmm? Not sure why... These folks have lots of nice products, but they sell stuff at list price. I can save money by going elsewhere so when I shop in a high end shop, I expect the service to compensate for the higher prices. I'm disappointed that these folks miss that point. I'll probably stop back for a quick gift if I get desperate but I'm not going to become a regular unless the staff gets with the program. Recommended? You make the call...
