I was charged $90 today for a medication I have plenty of, because my daughter picked it up with her medication's and did not know not to pay for it. I talked to the pharmacist they said if they have a transfer, they will fill all the prescriptions transferred without calling the patient. And if it doesn't go through insurance, they will charge the patient. That is not good practice. I am disgusted.

She actually had the nerve to act like I was going to steal something. I have a pretty good instinct of how people treat others in. This really was disappointing that Bath and body Works actually would hire somebody that chooses who she wants to deal with or who they want to deal with depending on what they look like. I walked out as I pretended like I was talking on the phone and everything has been recorded. she acted like I was a criminal off the street because I didn't look pretty. I think the store needs to have a crack down on how their associates are trained to deal with people because you never know who's gonna walk into your store. It could be a celebrity or it could be a bum off the streets, but everyone should be treated equal. I will never be returning to this Bath and body Works and I will be also sharing this video all over social media and to all my clients and since I am a blogger, it will be distributed as well on how I was treated walking in the store and how I was treated leaving. This is unacceptable and I think a manager needs to talk to the associates on how quick they think that somebody is a problem versus somebody that's been spending thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. It is rare that you will fond an employee on the floor willing to help you find an item. They seem to be focused in on stocking over customer service. If you need assistance it can become a hassle. All of the employees are pleasant...just busy. The store is always clean and organized. New merchandise seems to come in a couple of time a week. I noticed that over the years that this location doesn't seem to get as many of the popular name brand purses that they used to. It used to be a gold mine of great finds in the $150 range. Now there is an abundance of average name brand items made in fake leather or the new term vegan leather. The shoe department is a hit or miss. The good shoes and average sizes go fast. Their prices are good.

I prefer TJ Maxx but we don't have one close to the area so marshals it is. It's attached to a Homegoods and they share a till. As a result the like to check out is always egregious. I normality do a quick run through after a Homegood shop and only if I'm already purchasing something because again the line to checkout is intense. I rarely find anything. Also worth noting, on this most recent visit, a woman (with a child) decided to just not bother going to the fitting room to try on a shirt & instead opted to instead strip down to her bra in front of a mirror and try the shirt on there. Right in front of that child, me and everyone else. Truly wild, inappropriate and gross behavior. So I very much doubt in will vis the marshals side of this store again and will possibly drive to a different Homegoods in the future. I spent a lot of money on this pool Cleaner three years back and now I am learning that I potentially bought an older model that is no longer supported. Apparently I purchased this model late in its sales cycle and just before a new model was introduced. I was not told that at the time of purchase. Spending $700 on a pool cleaner and only getting three seasons out of it and not being able to get it fixed just puts a bad taste in my mouth not necessarily for the store but specifically Polaris pool cleaners. I purchased a different brand online just so that I did not give my business to Polaris again. Unfortunately, for pinch a penny as a result, they did not get the business.
