Went to purchase a large amount and I was asked a very personal question. They asked me what's my motive for buying so much. I didn't know how to answer. The employee wAs doing her job that was sent by another employee to ask me that question. It felt extremely uncomfortable that this person came from behind the register to ask me that question. No privacy no respect and will no longer be coming back. read more

The customer service is absolutely horrible here. Ignorant and careless. This was the third time I gave a chance. The inventory isn't satisfactory, the girls working there acting they are doing you a favor by checking you out. When I pay I would expect at least a hello or a thank you, have a great day. The management should step up and tell them how to interact with customers. Zero star. read more

From a guy's point of view it is always awkward walking in and not knowing what to expect. They always have beautiful women working and when asking to look for a certain product you can sometimes feel intimidated. No offense they should hire maybe not so beautiful women. I am kidding. Anyways the real reason I was there was to do a return for the wife which was bathing suits purchased on their website. Staff was friendly and helpful and had to explain the reason for the return was that I was kicked off the beach because the swimwear did not fit right. The girl behind the counter laughed her ass off and said I hope you are kidding and I said if I wore this to the beach I probably would have scared everyone at the beach. I love going into this store , it's a short walk from any other store in the area. The employees are nice, although there are the occasional few that wake up on the wrong side of the bed. My only real complaing with this store (VS and Pink) is that the atmosphere is completely lacking! Sure they play some music , but the employees aren't smiling and offering assistance to every customer , you have to approach them-which isn't a bad thing if they smiled more often! read more

I actually had an employee make me feel so bad I started tearing up because she accused me of wearing a bra I was returning. I had in fact NOT worn it except to try on at home. it was a bit bigger than I thought my size was and just didn't look right. Mind you the tags were still on it. She was horrible!!!!! The Manager came up to check if everything was ok. She too did not care that I was upset. Thankfully a very sweet lady behind me had tissue and offered me one. I am 45 years old!!!! From yet another male point of view, which enjoys spending money on his gf, this place is a nightmare. Every time I visit (different locations, at least once every other month) I spend $250+ dollars. Now when I typically visit a location, I'm greeted by kind employees more than willing to assist the gf and I. When I walked through this one, I had to wonder the store to find an associate that would help and over 10 mins for a fitting room. When the lady kept me from entering the fitting room area (which I do every time I come, so I can decide what I'm buying), she rudely told me no and that it's for women only. When there were no other women in the area aside from the woman I'm dating. By the time we got to the checkout line it took 13-15 mins to check out two people. With two associates working registers. The only friendly and helpful employee was the one attending to the pink section. read more

They just renovated this location, right in time for the holidays 2018 and I've always been in love with merchandise from Victoria secret, but walking in this one, I am just in awe with what they've done. Pink is open and inviting, but the true renovation is the Victoria section it's cozy, sultry, and romantic.. still loving the vanity style displays. The workers are a group of sweet ladies, they were efficient today for a Sunday, and Victoria secret always has deals. Gotta love it!!!! read more

Every time I have been to this store the experience has far out succeeded the other locations in the Orlando area. Here's why: Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff - they know there products well and are willing to help you with finding the right item with the right fit. They are always very nice and not usually pushy with the sales. Beautiful Facility - it's a stand alone store not in a mall so that alone is a perk but the overall store is just kept very clean and the displays are always professional. Enjoyable - the store is large so when it's busy it's not as noticeable as stores in the malls. It makes for an experience that is both comfortable and enjoyable. One stop shop - unlike many of the mall stores who have separated the PINK line from the main store this store still has the PINK store connected to the main store so you don't have to walk to the end of a mall to find everything you need. Stock Availability - rarely has there been a time I have come to this location and the item I was looking for was not in stock whether it be in clothing or perfume. Location - this would be the only area where I would caution anyone who does not want to travel far from the central Orlando area. This location is about 25 mins from downtown Orlando and a good 45mins from the Mall locations. So it's not an ideal location for those without adequate transportation. Definitely recommend this store above the others if you have the time. read more

What a train wreck! While the store is large, well stocked and organized, the employees are a mess. While standing in line to check out, one of the registers went down leaving only one. A manager came over and apologized but didn't make an effort to resolve the situation. After another few minutes she decided to send some people over to the PINK section to check out. She radioed the employee to let her know myself and another customer were coming over but we were greeted with eye rolls and sighs of disgust. This new register was nothing but a palm pilot and that went down while waiting there too. It took longer to check out than it did to shop. read more

Where do I start? I love Victoria's Secret and shop there quite frequently...but this location is an utter embarrassment to the company as a whole. First off no one greeted us then the dressing room was a ghost town and it took me a whole to find someone to open a room, then when they finally did the room was dirty and by dirty I mean used pant liners From the previous customer on the floor...super gross...to end my trip I tried to make it aware to the cashier how bad my experience was and she had not a care in the world...pretty sad they didn't seem to care. I was in the store for close to 10 minutes and was not greeted by a single employee. I passed right by two people standing near the entrance of the store chit chatting and they couldn't take a moment to even say hello. Nobody asked if I needed help as I looked through the drawers of bras. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

This Victoria's Secret is quite small, but tends to carry a good selection. However, they often seem to have difficulty keeping certain sizes in. Whenever I'm looking in drawers I see a lot of empty spaces. I'm not sure if this is due to the location or because of when I am shopping. Also, the staff is always pleasant, but I had one great experience and the rest has been simply full of attitude. Attitude does not make me want to come back, but at least there's less attitude that their other local locations. Regardless, that doesn't make it okay. read more

I came into this store and I thought the sale from the previous day was today but it wasn't and they still gave me that deal. The worker Cathy was very helpful and nice! She was very attentive and let us know the specials that were going on today. I don't come here very often but when I do all of the workers are very nice and helpful! read more

Very disappointed about my visit to Victoria's Secret today. I recently moved to the Winter Garden area and headed to the local Victoria's Secret (this one) to update my contact information. Since I am a loyal customer, this business always sends me coupons on the mail, so I thought it would make sense to change my address. When I headed to the counter to request this, the cashier told me she couldn't update my information unless I purchased something. I though it was pretty weird but I understood and went ahead and purchase an item (even though I wasn't planning to), so when I went to check out after I paid I told her about updating my address and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't update it unless I got an Angels credit card. I told her that I didn't want the credit card and that I was subscribed to get coupons and I simply wanted to update my address so that Victoria's Secret could send me their advertisement and coupons, (hence I could buy more from them). She said I couldn't get coupons unless I opened a credit card and told me to call a phone number and that that was it. I obviously didn't get the credit card and of course they didn't update my contact information. I honestly think this is ridiculous. Everywhere you go business beg to get your contact info and this time I'm like giving it voluntarily and they wouldn't take it. Plus, they made by an item so that they could help me and they didn't help and were completely unapologetic about it. I know one time customer service doesn't represent a full business, but I am very skeptical to coming back to this place. read more

Walked in looking to spend some money for a birthday present to myself (of course with coupons since it's my birthday month I had a few to use). Not one person greeted me I was there about 10 minutes, yet two other people walked in after me, got greeted, asked what they were looking for I was still standing there looking dumb founded at the sales associate! This store is terrible. There was one employee who was towards the front who said nothing to me and then proceeded to greet people behind me. After I noticed I went up to her to ask about products (my dad had sent me in to buy my moms Mother's Day present so around $200 worth) and she turned her back to me. I don't know why but I stayed in the store. I walked around the whole store like a lost dog because I wasn't finding what I had come in for. Mind I say there were around 8 employees at the time. Then on my third time around the store I see the cashiers talking about me saying that I looked lost but didn't bother to ask if I needed help. Finally I found something my mom would like. Paid and walked out. Never going to this location, again. read more
