Today was my first time At the spa and I have to say I am very pleased. The service was excellent. The women doing my nails took her time and made sure they were to my liking asking me more then once if I was happy with her progress. The owner was friendly and funny. An older couple was there and he said it looks like your business is picking back up and he was happy for her. I had to come leave a review and say if you are in the fair lawn area this nail salon is definitely worth trying out. Prices are great and what you get is even better. The owner and a male do your nails at the same time and while your getting a pedicure!!!! The scrub that use on the feet . The owner is really friendly and makes sure your happy with the services. *TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE* If I could give this nail salon zero stars, I would. I am always looking for new nail salons to try; however, I will never come back to this place. Back in January, I received a coupon for this nail salon for a FREE pedicure (valid through March 3, 2021). As you can see in the photos attached, there are no contingencies in order to get a FREE pedicure. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if I could use the coupon and they said that I could. The next day, I went to the nail salon to redeem my coupon. When I asked if I could use it, the man told me that I couldn't. I simply asked why and he replied, "You have to get another service in order to use the coupon." I asked him where it said that on the coupon and he couldn't give me an answer. I told him that the coupon stated that I could get a FREE pedicure. No where on the coupon does it say that I have to get another service. I simply told them that they lost a potential regular customer due to their terrible customer service. The man had a nasty attitude when I was just asking for a simple explanation as to why I couldn't get a FREE pedicure. If they wanted the coupon to state that you had to get another service in order to get a FREE pedicure, then it should have stated that on the coupon, NOT when a customer is coming in to use it. I am very disappointed that the man didn't even offer to just give me the FREE pedicure since it is their mistake. This was my first time going to this nail salon and I can safely say that I will NEVER be returning again. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST! read more

Appointments mean nothing at this salon. I had an appointment for a pedicure and was kept waiting in the chair without anyone saying a word to me. I asked the woman in the chair next to me whether she had an appointment - she said she had an appointment the day before but they kept her waiting for 30 minutes at which point she left, making an appointment for today. One of the pedicurists heard the conversation and said it would just be another 5 minutes because someone was just finishing up. After that pedicure was finished the pedicurist disappeared! Maybe she went on break or something. I was still left sitting in the chair. All this time the owner was sitting a few feet away, never glancing up. After 50 minutes I got up and went over to the owner and asked why I was kept waiting when I had an appointment. She stood up - I thought, okay, she's going to find someone for me. Instead she sat down at another station to work on someone else's nails! As I stood there furious and dumbfounded she mumbled, "it'll be a few more minutes - maybe 10 minutes." I had already wasted 50 minutes so I walked out. Poor service, poor management. read more

I was really really disappointed in my experience there. I got a pedicure and a new set of tips put on. While getting my pedicure it wasn't very crowded but once it was time for my nails There was absolutely no social distancing between guests. Every single chair was filled. If I wasn't half way into getting tips on I would have walked out. To the point several people came in for their appointment and ended up leaving after commenting that there are to many people in there. 3 days after getting the tips on one popped off.
