Before the crew even arrived at my house the tech is telling me that there is a "digging fee" if your tank is more than 12 inches deep. (They did wave this fee) Then they charged me an extra "pumping" fee of $325.00, then an "excess solids" fee of $275.00, (by the way I had my tank pumped last year) then $375.00 to fix a "baffle" in the tank that was probably less than $25.00 in pvc pipe, and finally an "overage" of $150.00! So my $1570 quote turned into $2575!!! I asked the tech what type of enzyme treatment did they use and if I could see the package. I was informed by the tech that they don't do an enzyme treatment just jet the leach field and suck it out. I called the office which requires me blowing up there phone to get them to answer and asked to talk directly with Bruce. I call Bruce directly and you guessed it straight to voicemail every time. About 10 minutes later his tech knocks on my door to let me know they did do the enzyme treatment and it was done by the other guy who is long gone. For some reason I do not believe them but I have no way to prove it. Bottom if you do decide to go with this company get everything in writing first!

I called a total of 15 septic service companies and I will tell you I wouldn't hire ANY of them except Sander's Septic! They were timely, they went over and above to work in the inclement conditions for a simple pump and then they added a filter cover and pump cover that we requested. Shaina, the all-around, amazing person/receptionist/office manager/scheduler you get when you call them (Also the wife of the owner I think). Super awesome, even left the pricing phone call with giving me advice on what to look out for when contacting other companies.
