They destroyed my work shoes without my consent by ripping out the sewn in sole of the shoe and the temporary "solution" they provided not only ruined my shoe but did not help the problem, it made it worse. The nurse was not taking notes, assisted in the action of messing up my shoe and I had no words in the room because I was so stunned by both of their behaviors. The room could best be described as a storage room with a chair and a tv. I felt humiliated and profiled in every way and disrespected. It was was longest wait ever, Dr. Thayapran was nice and seems compassionate to his patients but the front desk staffs unfortunately is not, they' re unfriendly, not pproachable,no smile or hi and hello to their patients. Was scheduled for some tests, the front desk staff just handed the appointment schedules but did explain to me what the test are for,the only word she " if you don't come or cancel you appointment before 24 hours we will charge you $200.00." My 2 test were done without problem but the 3rd test was a mess due to big communication gap between the front desk staffs,other medical staffs, even to their office manager and Dr. Thayapran. This the scenario, I called the office that have some concern about the test and I requested if it is possible I will be given that IV medication that I can' t have, she told me & I quote " I just tell the nurse when you come for the test". She did not even ask her office manager what to do,so when came for my test there was a confusion ,had that front desk staff communicated with her boss the test should have smooth and problem. To front desk staffs, if you do not know what to do ask, so you can serve your patients better.

Now after 2 more phone calls today I told the office staff I was going to find a new Dr. She said ok. Bye. This clinic does not care about its patients. They don't care if you're pleased or whether or not you can actually use the medication you be been prescribed. I'm sure they are quick to bill your insurance company though. I was told today if I want the needles for my medication I will have to make another appt with a different Dr. So I'm responsible to pay for another visit when the issue was not my fault. Their lobby area is very calming, even though it's small, it still feels comfortable. I really like the calming scenic pictures and soothing music on the TV screen. I went this morning for a post-op visit. Dr. Bunnell said, let me remove the stitches and you can eat and drink what ever you want. I asked, even Coffee? He said oh, yes. He did a great job! Dr. Bunnell is very professional, calming and friendly. I highly recommend them for procedures that you might need.
