I left a voicemail yesterday morning, Jose called back a few hours later, and we made an appointment for this morning. He called before leaving the job prior to my appointment, and arrived at the estimated time. He went up to look at the leak area, and assured us that it will be OK to let it to dry out. My husband asked him to look around the attic, to see if there was anything that needed to be done. He noticed an area around a water heater pipe that for safety reasons shouldn't have insulation, and removed what had fallen in around the pipe. He thought we could add some new insulation material after we repaired the roof leak, to fill in areas that have been lost due to workers and rats moving insulation around . We hope to call him back next Summer to discuss this project. (Previous review: We didn't do it last time, because we wanted to wait until we knew there were no more rats up there.
